Our residence was renovated and refurbished after Hurricanes Irma & Maria and is 1900 sf with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The unit is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, powder room and oceanfront balconies.

Maid service is provided twice-daily with turn down service nightly. There are LED TV's in the living room and all bedrooms and a Bose surround sound system in the living room as well.

The turquoise waters and white-sand beaches are steps away from your luxurious condominium. Away from the hustle and bustle of the public, enjoy all the private amenities and beaches exclusive to Ritz-Carlton guests and residents. You will experience the best in service and hospitality for which the Ritz-Carlton properties are famous.

The Club has full-service amenities and restaurants (Coconut Cove & The Grand Palazzo) available for your enjoyment.

Please be advised that the Ritz Carlton Hotel will be open in October 2019, so hotel amenities should be available for your needs in December.
