This property is exactly as described. In a great location, and a beautiful space for a large family. Overall, it was a great choice. There are a few things that would make it perfect: at least one more umbrella in the pool area as two umbrellas over the lounge chairs did not provide enough shade for everyone; and beach umbrellas should be provided. And one thing to know if you are sensitive to noise is that the AC unit is over the master bedroom and makes a throbbing noise on and off all night. Otherwise, it’s a great choice.

My husband and I hosted a week-long gathering for our children and grandchildren. Hale Nui is situated beautifully: high up enough to gaze at the sunsets over the ocean, yet close enough that a walk to the beach was less than ten minutes. We had several excursions, and words can barely express how nice and relaxing it was to come "home" after each outing to this spacious, cool, comfortable, modern house. The fully appointed kitchen made meals at home an easy complement to our occasional restaurant visits. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed for hours.For our needs, this was far superior to a hotel, providing plenty of "downtime" to just relax and converse or gaze at the stunning views.

Hale Nui is a perfect home for a large family looking to stay in Kaanapali. Our favorite part of this home was the panoramic view of the ocean. We enjoyed the most amazing sunsets! The home was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchen and dining area to hang out and enjoy the views, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were all comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The home is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommended this home for anyone looking to stay in Maui!

Great kitchen that was well equipped for a large group. The view and pool were outstanding. It’s a perfect house for a large family group and it’s in a good location. The only negative is that the hot water in part of the house is fueled by solar panels…so if you happen to be there when it’s cloudy, the showers are lukewarm.

Everything was perfect. This house is amazing and accomodated our family comfortably. The views are breathtaking and while we were not at the beach, the dip in the pool was refreshing. Kitchen is stocked and furnishings are both comfortable and exquisite.

Incredible Property

This is simply the most amazing home we have stayed in across all of our rentals. Everything was first class, not a missing thing. Amazing views and grounds. The pool and hot tub are awesome! Can’t say enough great things. Will definitely stay here again.

Best house on the island

This is our second time staying here and I absolutely love this place! House is amazing, has everything you need with more than enough space for everyone, great location, and the property manager is great to deal with. It is a must stay place! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing Property! A+++ Experience

We had a wonderful time during our visit to the Kaanapali area. The house is stunning, even more so than the photos. Huge amount of space and a huge plus was all of the coolers/beach equipment available. Would def stay again and highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property that was terribly managed by Maui Paradise Properties. They couldn't have been more unwelcoming for a VERY expensive stay. The house was lovely, the privacy is wonderful and the view was what makes it. The endless broken items, non-understanding ways and overall rudeness was a major turn off. Endless rules, constant threat of nickel and diming and an overall just unwelcoming nature, made you wonder if one bad guest ruined it for everyone. Sadly we wouldn't not recommend this house or any property managed by Maui Paradise Properties. Good luck to the homeowners... if I were you, I'd quickly change management companies.

The perfect location

Laying in the pool, watching the whales in the ocean is one of the coolest things we’ve done in our lifetime. The house is immaculate and slept our family well. We would definitely stay here again, mahalo!

Wonderful home/location

We had a wonderful time here, not disappointed that we weren’t by the water. It’s very secluded and in a great location north of Lahaina. The views were awesome and the home was in great shape. We’d recommend this home without reservation.

Such a Great House for Families!

We had two families travel together for Spring Break. This was the absolute best house for us. It was big enough that everybody felt like they got their own space and bathroom, well decorated and organized, thoroughly stocked, and in a great location. The property management team was super responsive when we left items at the home after our departure, too.

Amazing Holiday Vacation

The house was perfectly designed for multiple families with en suite bathrooms and ample personal space, but the main house is so perfectly laid out with multiple converation and gathering spaces, but still providing that togetherness feeling. Whale watching was a family favorite from the backyard...all day long!
