Sitting on 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, you’ll enjoy all the luxuries of modern living in this remodeled Guest barn. The barn sits next to our other guest home at Our Hill Town. You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing view and privacy but don’t want to be too far from the action.
We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views will amaze you.
At sunset, walk to the other side of the property, sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
You can watch all the goings-on of the property from the upstairs rooms in the Guest Barn.
You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the Guest Barn at Our Hill Town.
We have other rental properties listed for friends to come and stay near you at our secluded Hill Town.
Come and enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the Hill Country.
Please note that this is a private Hill Top Residence and we work hard to keep our property quiet and peaceful for all guests. . Please do not give out our gate code and/or invite any additional guests to our property.
Also, guests must be 16 years old or older. There are some exposed areas that may not be safe for children.

Troy was born and raised near Denver, CO and I was born and raised near St. Louis, MO. We each made our way to CA where we met in early 1990. We lived in CA for 12 years, moved to Las Vegas, NV and lived there for 13 years, before finding the property of our dreams here in Texas.

We have found the property of our dreams here in Dripping Springs.
We looked for a property that was in a state without Income tax, and was warm. We wanted acres so we could have privacy and also develop it as we wanted. We also wanted a pool and three guest houses so that we could provide living quarters for our parents when they need us later in life. We found everything we wanted in this property. We were given the gift of unbelievable views along with our desires.
When we drove up to the property, the views got us. In other homes we looked at, the views were usually a one direction view. When you come over the ridge of the driveway, the whole area opens up and you see our little hill town.
We love Italy and their hill towns. Now we feel as if we have a hill town of our own.

Our Hill Town meets all our needs. It has 3 buildings and the most amazing views we've ever seen anywhere. We feel so very grateful every day that we wake up here.
