Welcome to our newly constructed home in Dripping Springs, the gateway to the Texas Hill Country!
Situated on one acre of fenced yard with no visible neighbors, our cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of Texas country charm and modern amenities. Built in 2023, our home features chemical-free rainwater collection, a whole-home propane back-up generator, and top-of-the-line appliances for your convenience. Check-in with your personal code on the keyless entry in the covered carport.
Step outside to enjoy the spacious yard, complete with a charcoal BBQ, picnic table, and games like cornhole and disc golf for some friendly competition. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit for a marshmallow-roasting session and s'mores party.

It was wonderful! Our host Jennifer was great and very responsive to our needs and questions. Their place was beautiful, roomy it made us feel at home. Jennifer provided us with many wonderful and unexpected treats and gifts. We have never had a more enjoyable stay. We wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Jennifer and her place!! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful property

We have stayed at several VRBOs over the years but this one has been one of the best experiences. Jennifer is a great host and has thought of everything. She was very accommodating to our needs. The property and home were beautiful!

Definitely a must stay

Jennifer was the most amazing host. She was easily reachable and is the sweetest. The definition of southern hospitality. Right away she made us feel at home. She welcomed our family and made sure we had everything we needed to create wonderful memories. The location was peaceful and close to several affordable outdoor activities. The home was absolute gorgeous and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be visiting again.

Best Stay Ever!

The Farm was the best VRBO rental we have ever had. The communication from the host made the check in and check out process a breeze. The property was clean and quiet which we appreciated. There were yard games to entertain outside, and we are an outdoor living crew. Inside, the host left treats and homemade goodies that went above and beyond. We would recommend 10/10 times and come back!

Fantastic Fun Farm

I would give this place more than 5 stars.This place is nicely decorated, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and the host left us breakfast, treats, & a gift. So nice to have those extras when we arrived.The house is in the country so you will need to drive alittle ways to get food but is close to Hamilton pool and Pedernales Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay The house got everything you can think of and really makes you feel at home. Jen really goes above and beyond in many ways; It was also super clean. Everything was definitely a wonderful experience!

The most amazing host

We had the best time during our stay as the host made sure everything we needed and more was available. She went above and beyond to be hospitable and allowed us to borrow her personal baby equipment which allowed us to not have to pack everything. She mad delicious patries, and the accommodations were clean and comfy. We will for sure stay again!!

The property was ADORABLE and the owners really know how to welcome you with open arms- fresh baked goods, personalized note & sign, self-care kits, and little touches around the house that are so homey and also hilarious sayings in frames to make you laugh. I slept like a baby, the owners offered to make me dinner, let me meet their farm animals and were just such amazing hosts. The most welcoming stay I have ever had. Thank you!

An amazing stay, the best vacation rental I’ve stayed at. The house is brand new and of highest quality build. Thoughtfully stocked and decorated, with everything one may need. The owners are super communicative and responsive. They left several yummy homemade treats for us and even delivered fresh muffins the next morning. Also very convenient to multiple wedding venues and wineries in the area. I would give this vacation rental 10 stars if I could!

Wonderful

I was in dripping springs for a wedding right down the road and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice to stay here. The house is beautiful and the hosts wonderful. They left fresh baked muffins on the counter when I got there and even offered to drop off breakfast one of the mornings. Truly a pleasure to stay here! Other wedding guests were envious of where I was staying.

We really do not have enough text to convey to you how wonderful our stay was at the Day Drippin Fun Farm. The Terry family are the absolute best hosts we have ever had. From the moment you drive into the driveway, it feels like home. Like time stops and you've finally arrived home to the place you are most loved. The home is beautiful, smells amazing and you are greeted with a personalized sign, homemade with all the love treats and special Art by Pio the chicken should you so choose to become a proud owner. Plan to see the deer, enjoy the sunset and sunrise and just slow down a bit. We can only give 5stars , but I promised the sweetest young lady I would be giving 10,000! So here you go V. 10,000 stars for you and we plan to come see you again in the fall! 🥰

Amazing home and host!

The house still has that fresh new smell, I think our host said it is about a year new. Very beautiful modern build with plenty of room for my family. Fully stocked kitchen, high end appliances, and clean! Our host was amazing and quite the baker so don’t be surprised if she drops off some yummy treats for you. Almost forgot the yummy eggs freshly laid by her chickens. We were also pleasantly surprised by the whole house generator that kept our power on through a few storms during our stay. Absolute must stay if you are visiting the Hill Country Dripping Springs . We will definitely stay here again.

For our family’s (wife, grown daughter, and me) first trip to the Texas Hill Country, to attend a nearby family wedding, we could not have in a million years chosen a better place to stay than the Fun Farm in Dripping Springs. The setting, down a windy country road, tucked into the live oaks covering the hillsides, the two-year old house is comfortable, clean, bright, quiet, very well-equipped. Were one to select this place for a stay on its physical qualities alone, you’d have a very nice time. However, it is Host Jennifer who raises the quality of a stay here to something extremely special. She has built this house as a guest residence for her family (she lives on the property, at a distance from the rental), and manages to welcome you (as little or as much as you prefer) as temporary family members. From all of the thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bath to the delicious homemade welcome treats, and occasional chats with three of her adorable household “ambassador” children, we had nearly as much time at the house as we did at our wedding festivities! Much of our experience lately with private house and condo vacation rentals has been merely adequate. Most we have found to be corporate owned and/or managed properties with much space and little charm. Jennifer shows how much warmth and hospitality a host can provide her guests. She validates that this kind of vacation house rental model can provide great value, angriest experience, and great memories. We love it.

I'm an Army veteran trained in the operating room with an education background. We have 5 kids, 2 donkeys, 2 goats, 3 ducks, 2 roosters, and 6 hens - you might meet our farm dog Betty White. I love baking, and I volunteer with CASA to help advocate for kids in the foster system. If I didn't kill everything I planted, I might have a garden too, but you can't be good at everything right?!

We love land, beautiful sunsets, and the opportunity to raise animals away from the busy city life. Our neighbors don't mind when our goat jumps the fence, and the community around us is all extended family that never hesitates to lend a hand for any situation.

We have a yard dinosaur that dresses up for holidays. You will never have to worry about the power going out because the home has a whole house generator. You will also never be affected by a boil water notice because the rain water collection supplies the home.
