Ft. of unique luxury - Master Suite offers a walk-in shower with a spiral rock reflexology floor, custom walnut queen bed that sleeps 2. One Queen bedroom and One Twin Trundle bedroom share a bath with a vintage red tub/shower. The fourth bedroom lovingly named the "Owl" room offers a queen bed and nightly music from owls just outside your window plus a private walk-in shower. This home easily accommodates 8 guests. (Shall you include the Hummingbird Hallow Huts and Yurt outside, more guests may be accommodated on property...more to follow).
There is a flat-screen TV with Hulu, Netflix, movie channels, etc, pantry/laundry facilities, a library with piano, shuffleboard, well-stocked game and an art project closet. Perfect for multi-family gatherings, groups, intimate weddings, reunions, retreats, and small corporate gatherings. The 15ft. ceilings invite togetherness with the open layout kitchen.
Outback you will enjoy your own private Artesian Hot Springs Pool, a BBQ, and a 30-foot yurt (more sleeping room or event space, separate rental fee) with its artistic large wooden deck overlooking the beautiful Snake River. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding just about any water sport you choose. Grandfather trees surround the 3-acre property offering world-class bird watching and secluded privacy. Next to the yurt on the river's edge, there is an in-ground trampoline (UNDER CONSTRUCTION) and two swings that swing you into sheer JOY. This home is the perfect presentation for any special occasion. There is also an abundance of fruit trees and a mini grape vineyard, in season offering our guests a bounty of delicious sweet organic nectar you will be spoiled like royalty.
The home offers pool water toys, yoga gear (with rental of yoga yurt) , and more for your enjoyment while visiting the Center of Healing River House, for bikes and kayaks (please request contact info. upon booking). Hiking, wine tasting, world-class hunting, snow skiing, world-class white water river rafting, rock climbing, base jumping, zip lining are all within 90 min. of this lovely home, if not just out your back door.
A stones throw away in Hummingbird Hallow, there are four huts that comfortably accommodate up to 10 to12 guests on bunkbed cots. A 30x30 yurt offering a spiral round river stone shower, Dbl. bed, dbl. cot bunkbed, sleeps four max., kitchenette and geothermal floor heat. The Hallow also offers a Red Worm composting toilet and propane cook stove. Peek out your window and you will see the chickens pecking and preparing to lay fresh eggs for your enjoyment. French lop rabbits hop around awaiting your love and hoping you will leave the door open to the 12x18 foot orangery glass greenhouse. However, please refrain.. :)

COHRH Lodge- 8 guests at nightly rate $800.00 or current listed price. $300 cleaning fee

Hummingbird Hollow Yurt- $250 night, $150 cleaning fee with a three night min. 4 guest max. (Must be rented with lodge house) double bed, bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, bunkbed cot ( bedding and towels not supplied for cot guests,

4- Hummingbird Hollow Huts (sleep 10) @ $50 per person per night bedding and towels not provided. (Lodge house, must be rented prior to huts.) Cleaning fee $50 per hut

River Yoga Yurt - $350 per day/night, $150 cleaning fee. (three night min. must be rented with lodge house) use: event space

Group Event Rate: up to 22 guests: Includes Lodge (sleeps 8), Hummingbird Hollow Yurt- ( sleeps up to 4 guests), Hummingbird Hollow Huts (sleeps up to12 guests), Deck off River, River access, Yard, Hot Springs, Pool - $1900 per night. $300 deposit and Porta Potty required, see below:

Large-Group Event Rate: (22+ guests TBD by Tammara),: Includes Lodge, Yoga Yurt, Yurt deck, Hummingbird Hollow Huts, River access, Fire pit, Yard, and Pool - $2500 per night. and Porta Potty required, see below:

Should you be planning a special event with guests arriving for only a portion of your stay, this will be considered an event, thus an up-charge for the day/night of the event will be applied, even if your guests are staying off site. For example, you book for three nights and one day/night you are having a special event, depending on the number of guests attending, the rate will reflect the pricing above.

Holidays require a minimum of a four night min stay. (at owners discretion please call Tammara 310-880-8358) Equinox's, Solstices, Christmas, New Years, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Easter, Passover, St. Patricks day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Presidents weekends, etc.

Check in is 4pm, should you arrive past 4pm, please let Tammara know in advance or there will be a $100 charge per hour.
Check out is 10am.
