Perfect relaxing family vacation

Our entire family enjoyed this property. There was plenty to do and not to do, whether it was reading a book, kayaking all the beautiful areas right of the private dock, playing games or just taking in the scenery there was something for everyone!

Wonderful River Front Property

Beautiful home with an amazing dock with all sorts of river toys. This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Absolutely perfect for our active family.

The house was unbelievable! Immaculate. The hosts are so gracious, very nice people. We spent most of the time on the deck, which has a spectacular view. Everything we could ask for and more!

Great location for families

The property is so beautiful and supplies all the water toys anyone would need. My family enjoys it because there is plenty activities for the go-getters and plenty of relaxing time for the others. River property beautiful. Generally a great location.

We love the river house!

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful riverside home. We love to come here for my birthday and share this beautiful place with our closest family and friends. The owners are wonderful to work with which just adds so much to the great experience.

Family Reunion

We came here last summer and the family instantly fell in love with it. The kids were begging to come back this year! The location on the Snake River provided breathtaking views, nonstop fishing, and lots of fun playing in the water. The hosts were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house was beautiful and very clean!

Fully equipped River home

Beautiful home with well appointed kitchen. Loved the atmosphere. Great place to spend a week on the river. Access to personal dock was fantastic. Tons of outdoor toys and a full closet of games/puzzles. Enjoyed the updated basement accommodations. Hope to be back next year.

Family fun

This place was amazing! I had stayed here years ago for a girls trip and knew I wanted to bring my family back. Everyone loved it just as much as I did the first time. The kids loved playing in the Snake River and fishing all hours of the day! The host was great to respond quickly with any questions! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The ice machine in the garage was an added bonus! The kids are already asking if we can come back again next year!

Amazing dock!

We stayed on the river with two families and had a wonderful time. The kids were ages 5 to 14 and the dock was so easy to load and unload the kayaks and canoe. The property feels very private because of the boat houses on either side separating you from the other river front house. The master bedroom was very nice with a spectacular view. We brought our inboard boat and played on the river. The 1000 springs launch is tricky. We had to basically lift our boat on and off the trailer but the river was worth the effort. Jeanie was great to communicate with for booking and throughout our stay. Great trip!

Get getaway on the river!!

This was a great home that was able to accommodate our big family for a weekend of hiking, sightseeing, kayaking, fishing, and boating. We loved watching the sun come up over the rim in the morning as the birds on the river fished for their daily food. It was close to many attractions in the area that we enjoyed along with a boat ramp close. A must visit spot if you are in the area!

We love this place!

I stayed here during my wedding weekend to get ready before the big day and had the best time. My girlfriends that stayed here with me loved the location on the river and the peaceful mornings waking up to the sunrise over the bluffs- it was absolutely gorgeous! There is plenty of space, full kitchen, and huge patio deck to lounge and have morning coffee. On my wedding day, I had my coffee on the top balcony and watched the sunrise, it was truly the greatest. I will definitely recommend family and friends to stay here while they are visiting. Thank you for a great stay!

Gorgeous home

We were very appreciative of the beautiful home and peaceful, quiet location. The house was stocked with everything that we would need and more at a great price. I would and have recommend this gorgeous home and tranquil location to others. We hope to make this a yearly vacation for our family!

Family get together

Great location with lots of water toys provided, great deck area, grills available for family cook-out. Good for active individuals or for chill-out individuals.

On the water fun!!

Property is amazing with its own dock, kayaks and canoes. House is very clean, and is filled with everything a Family needs for a river vacation. Industrial size ice maker is a huge bonus for stocking coolers for floats down the river.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We grew up in southern California which is where we met, married and began to raise our five children. We moved to Idaho in 1992. We own and operate a dairy farm here.

We have always enjoyed water sports with our children and had always dreamed of having a vacation home. This property fit that dream. We all live about 15 miles from the property so it is easy for our family to come and go. We always feel we are on vacation!

The view here is amazing with the canyon walls, waterfalls, and river flowing. There is enough activity on the water from boaters to keep things interesting but never disrupting.
