4th of July Stay

Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Room was clean and a great size. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in Ocean City, MD!

Wonderful little apartment on the bay. So close to everything without being too pricey. Will absolutely be coming back to this place in the future.

Really cute place, perfect location. Only down side was sand covering the entire floor, very annoying. Although there is an elevator it’s slow so we used the stairs, not a bad thing just noteworthy.

Nice place, clean and good location. Had to clean ac filter, ac is in a bad spot because it blew directly on you while sleeping and blew hot air while on balcony.I would rent again.

Great Location

Took my daughter for her 5th birthday. The ocean access was about a 3min walk. Place was very clean and comfortable. I forgot to bring bath towels. So please remember to bring bath towels and wash rags! Other than that it was a beautiful place to rent. Owner was VERY helpful. Would definitely rent again!

OC vacation

The apartment overall was fine and was adequate for our needs. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go (beach, restaurants, boardwalk) The negatives are the awful cigarette smell when you enter the building and elevator, the floor of the apartment was really dirty, and if the AC was turned on the balcony was useless because of the hot air blowing on you.

Great location! Nice studio apt

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner made a nice effort to make check in and check out smooth. They provided clean linens, and all the basics you would need. Pull out couch was a nice bonus for lounging around. Deck had privacy due to the vine decor on railing. And it made the balcony feel safer for our toddler. Only negative is that the floors were dirty (my sons socks were black after 30min of running around the room), but otherwise the place seemed really clean. Great for a couple, a few close friends, 2 couples, or a small family (if you don’t need privacy). I would stay there again.

Nice Place!

Nice little place with view of a marina. Very clean. Nice patio and plenty of parking. Well-provisioned (HD TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, paper towels, TP, dishes, utensils, etc.). Bring your own bath towels. Mini-golf and restaurants within a few mins walking distance. Quick drive to the OC beach. WiFi was a bit spotty, which we didn't have a problem with last year. Patrick is very responsive by phone and text! Recommend and will stay again for a 3rd year!

The condo itself was very nice and modern, however the smell from the air freshener was unbearable so we had to put it outside during our stay. The building itself has an old smell as well as if it used to be a smoking establishment. Also if you plan on using the oven bring potholders as there were none when we were there, not a huge deal just a suggestion.

Nice place, Good Location, Description Missing Important Info

Nice place to stay and in a good location. Only 4 stars because the description did not mention that zero bath/dish towels were provided, nor was internet access provided. Overall cleanliness was good, but after walking on the floor for just a few minutes, the bottom of your clean socks or feet were black. No WiFi and the dirty floor was easy to overlook and didn't slow us down. Not even a washcloth or hand towel provided was a first for all 4 adult travelers.

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review; we appreciate your feedback. I would like to clear up a few things. Our rental does provide disposable dish towels (under the kitchen sink), as well as free Wifi. For any future VRBO stays, I encourage you to reach out to the host if anything listed as an amenity is not available during your stay. We are glad you enjoyed your stay without those items but we would have loved to assist you in locating them or addressed any internet issues. As far as towels and washcloths, we specify in a few areas of our listing description that towels are not provided. We also included that information as a reminder in the check-in email sent the day before your arrival. We have noticed this specification is commonly missed so we have updated our opening description to hopefully make it more visible to future renters. We are saddened to hear about the issues with the floor. It all started after the installation of new flooring in last year's renovations. We are continuing to work with the cleaners to figure out what's going on and what we need to do to eliminate these occurrences. Thank you.

An okay stay

Everything was as pictured. Checkin was not okay. Was emailed the wrong door code. Waited an hour for owner’s response. Floor was dirty before we even brought our stuff in. Building was a little sketchy. Location wasn’t ideal there isn’t really a bay view. Overall an okay stay.

We appreciate your review to help us improve our guests’ experience. Apologies for the mix up with the code. The information was changed after VRBO’s email and I dropped the ball on emailing the updated information. The code was updated in the VRBO app which you stated you used in order to gain access before we made contact. We understand how frustrating the experience is and are working to make sure these situations are very limited. Also to anyone reading, please communicate any issues especially with cleaning. I’m sorry our floors did not meet our usual cleaning standards. Our cleaners are very responsive, so I wish we could have gotten the opportunity to correct this issue. As far as location, we are right on 23rd street Bayside next to BLU, a pretty popular restaurant and bar here in OC. We are walkable to Fish Tales, if you ever need a location reference for the building and overall area.

Perfect location.

Perfect location. Was nice to leave our vehicle parked and be in walking distance. We did have our 2 year old and 10 year old with us. Pack n play fit good in between beds. Parking lot got trashed a lot from inconsiderate guests. Cleaning crew should pull out the couch bed, we did for a night and there was tons of wrappers and trash in the couch. They should also clean the air conditioner filter, it was black. We cleaned it. Owner of our condo was very prompt and super polite! I would stay here again.

Good for a long weekend stay

Overall the place was great for my friends and I for a small girls weekend! Owner was clear on check in/check out instructions, good range of supplies for cooking, and nice location on the bay. Only “complaint” would be the floors weren’t the absolute cleanest, still felt like sand was left from a previous stay and felt gritty. Otherwise everything was as described and easy!

Ocean City Wedding

Outside of the building is old - not attractive or inviting. Inside the rental unit, it was clear that efforts was made to make it charming with the seaside anchor decor. However, furniture is cheaply made and both the dresser and table have been damaged by previous guests and poorly repaired. Additionally, traveling from across the country, it was very disappointing and inconvenient to not have towels available. After a long trip, we were forced to go and purchase towels that we were unable to take with us due to baggage limitations. On the upside, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the outside terrace was cute.

OCMD Getaway

Very easy, simple process. Condo is very clean, true to description and an easy 2 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Several restaurants are in a walkable location, as well as mini golf and various stores. Condo also has onsite parking.

Handy location for beach and restaurants

Check in service was complicated. Unit was clean amd well kept, but interior of building dated and smelled of tobacco. TV streaming service-- no cable. Identifying lock box was challenging. Overall good experience and would stay again.
