2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Vacation Rental!!!

Ocean City has been in my family's blood since my mom started going as a child. I was in the sand at 6 weeks old and have never looked back. Our family vacations here every summer and the only things that stay the same are the sun, sand, and waves! I have so many memories I could l type for days. From Fisher's Popcorn to Polish Water Ice to the White Marlin Open.

I was able to use my experience growing up in Ocean City and my parents' knowledge to purchase the ideal condo. In my opinion, the location cannot be beaten. The most important thing is the condo is oceanside, so anyone with kids does not have to worry about crossing that deadly 8-lane Coastal Highway. Next was the view. Watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning is truly breathe taking (see pictures) and at night you can watch the sunset over the bay. Also, with it being a private balcony, you can turn the air off and sleep with the screen door open as you listen to the waves hit the beach. I love that you walk down the steps and are literally less than 50 feet from the sand! Lastly, but certainly not the least important is its location in the town itself. It is the perfect mid-town family-friendly location. It is off the boardwalk so you don't have to worry about late-night noise or activities, but not up on 100th street where you have to fight all the traffic to get downtown and the crowded beaches up there. From my unit, the boardwalk is about a mile away and makes for a lovely evening walk or a quick bus ride or drive down to enjoy dinner, rides, and of course water ice, popcorn, and fries! The midtown location also provides a level of quietness as you as not surrounded by hotels, but rather other condos and even some permanent residents across the street. This also leads to much more space on the beach for kids to play and not have everyone walking on their towels. It is also a quick walk to one of Dumser's Ice cream locations which makes a great late-night snack!
