Settle in and stroll to the beach - This house is close to the beach and has been completely renovated with a layout perfect for combined groups.
Plenty of parking in the driveway, a grassy, fenced in yard around back with a charcoal grill and covered patio with deck seating. Situated on quiet cul-de-sac.
Inside, an open concept living area has couch seating for 6, with a 44ā€ RCA flat screen TV. The dining area has a wooden table with seating for six and two extra bar stools. The full kitchen features granite countertops and modern white appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave to meet your culinary needs.
Behind the living area lies the master bedroom (BR1) which has a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. A set of built-in twin bunks also in this room means space can sleep four in comfort.
The second bedroom (BR2) has built-in queen bunks, a seating area with wicker chairs and a wall-mounted 42ā€ Panasonic TV. A second bathroom has a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. You'll find a washer and dryer behind a set of folding doors. This property is conveniently located just half a mile from the beach.

Cute Place

We thought this place was adorable! Staff were very responsive and respectful to our needs. My only concern was I seemed to have allergies while I was there and I later found some cat toys. Iā€™m very allergic to cats and it explained my itching. Other than that everything was really clean and so cute! Beds were super comfy and we had all we needed. Overall a very good experience and very close to the beach!

Overall a nice place in Port A

We've stayed at this property twice now, and enjoyed it both times! The property is clean and nicely located to town, even if beach access isn't great for walking. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nicely appointed, and the fire pit is a nice addition to the yard! I do miss the grass in the yard a bit, and the living room furniture isn't very comfortable, but I'd generally recommend this property as a nice place to stay in Port Aransas!

Great Stay

This property is excellent. Great for kids and dogs. Quiet and close to the beach access. Bunk beds were amazing. Easy to get in and out and safe! Our children loved them. Will be back!

Holiday Fun

House was adorably decorated and cozy. We had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable including extra blankets and plenty of linens. Washer and dryer are full sized and work great. Fenced in backyard was comfortably sized and allowed us to play rousing games of cornhole and the dog a place to rest and roam without fear of escape. We ate and played board games nightly around the tableā€” never turned the tvs on. Wifi speed was sufficient and never went out. AC and heat worked well. Hot water never ran out. Some family members have mobility issues so a one-story house was a must and there were no access issues to or within the house.

Adult only house

The house is not as pictured online. Iā€™m glad we didnā€™t have pets or children with us. The back yard is fenced in but it has sand not grass as pictured. The sand in the back was infested with ground hornets or bees to the point were it was hard to be outside. My husband had to get a hammer and push down the nails that were sticking up on the deck out back because we kept catching our feet on them. The house was clean on the inside but it was the hazard backyard that will probably not motivate us to stay here again.

Great getaway

Overall great house to stay in. One block from the beach access road, super easy check in process and short ways to main part of town. The patio on the backyard was nice, only downfall is there was no grass in the back yard as pictured, just all sand. But other than that everything was great!

Perfect place to Stay

This was the perfect property to stay at. It was exactly as described. Perfect size for myself, pets and a couple of friends. Great little back yard. Beautiful gem of a property, nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and the Host was amazing with communicating everything you needed to know for your stay.The location was fantastic-- close to the beach, shopping, gas, grocery and restaurants. I cant wait to book this place again. It's my knew favorite for Port Aransas.

Escape to the ocean

We walked into property and were surprised. It was nicer than photos. It's not huge but worked well. We had 2 separate families. Each bedroom had a bathroom. We stayed in the 2 full beds in custom bunk bed (stairs up the side) Foam style beds were comfortable. Other room had a ginormous super king with custom bunk beds of twin beds. cement floors everywhere. no stairs all one level was awesome for loadin and out. Close to the beach. Street was a dead end which meant a little further walk to beach but zero traffic which we loved. fenced back yard with space to place. We got a golf cart which kiddos always love which made shlepping to the beach easy, could run to restaurants, etc at night on it. big hit. We'll be back to port A and would totally rent this one again.

Port A Getaway

This little house was perfect and well equipped. The backyard was perfect for my dog and the deck was nice to hang out on too. The location is perfect, on a quiet little cul de sac. I think my new beach time is going to be in September. I would definitely book this property again.

Clean, cute, and convenient

Cottage was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. A short walk or drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We especially liked the fenced-in backyard so we could let our dog hang out on the deck while we chilled and grilled.

Beach Dogs Paradise

We absolutely loved the place! Great location..2 blocks from the beachā€¦perfect for the dogsā€¦the pictures of the patio showed a canopy that would have provided some shade for the dogsā€¦it was no longer there.. probably got beat up with the all the windā€¦had been told we would have access to the golf cartā€¦ rental company knew nothing about that but did offer in at a discount! Our stay was fantastic and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

Description and photos are very accurate. House is located very close to the beach (walking distance), quite neighborhood. Kitchen is very well equipped. We LOVE everything BUT the fact that it was not very clean. The day we arrived we found a lot of dog poop around the yard; because of the heat it was very very smelly. We accidentally dropped something under a couch and when went down on my knees to look for it, found a very disgusting/dirty floor under it. This is also the situation under the bed. This is more of an issue with the cleaning company the host (rental company) is using. Apart from that we had a great time and for sure we'll be back.
