In La Gaude, between Nice, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer, this large renovated villa offers a rare setting for a peaceful holiday on the French Riviera. The house accommodates up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 3 shower rooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy.

The villa’s main feature is its private indoor pool, heated depending on the season and the conditions of the stay, with direct access from the living areas and opening onto the garden. It is ideal for relaxing or swimming in a sheltered setting, whatever the season. The terrace, landscaped garden and open views over the hills, the sea and the mountains create an ideal atmosphere for resting, reading, sharing meals or simply enjoying the light of the French Riviera.

The house, measuring approximately 200 m², has been designed for family stays, holidays with friends or remote working. It includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a workspace that can be set up on request, a laundry room, a plancha grill, an electric gate and enclosed parking. The bedrooms are spread over several levels, with televisions and practical equipment, including mobile phone chargers, to ensure everyone’s comfort.

The location makes it easy to enjoy the region’s main attractions. Some of the most beautiful villages are within easy reach from La Gaude: Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Fondation Maeght, Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer. The iconic towns of the French Riviera, Nice, Cannes and Antibes, are around half an hour from the villa, depending on traffic. Their beaches are also easily accessible.

Nice International Airport is also nearby, making arrivals convenient for both short and longer stays.

The neighbourhood is residential, quiet and green. The villa is particularly suited to guests looking for an elegant, peaceful and well-located place from which to explore the French Riviera. It is not suitable for parties, noisy evenings or stays likely to cause disturbance to the neighbourhood.

On request, additional concierge services can be arranged: meal preparation, grocery shopping, transport, cleaning, laundry service or the installation of a workspace. The electric vehicle charging point is available under the conditions specified before the stay.

Important information before booking

The villa has an adjoining caretaker’s accommodation, located at the rear of the house. Guests retain private use of the villa and the areas indicated in the listing.

The pool is heated depending on the season and the conditions of the stay. If this is an essential point for you, please contact us before booking so that we can confirm the conditions applicable to your dates.

The villa is located in a residential area. Parties are not allowed. Loud music, noisy evenings and any noise nuisance likely to disturb the neighbourhood are not permitted during the stay.

The interior decoration is neat. On the garden level: entrance hall, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, shower room with WC. Large windows opening onto the covered terrace, the swimming pool and the garden.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a 180cm wide bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, the second with 1 140cm bed, the 3rd with 1 160cm bed. Shower room with WC. Each room has a TV and a USB charger
On the 2nd floor, the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with separate WC.
