This villa was beautiful, from the gardens to the pool to all the home from home touches in the house. It had everything you needed, with plenty of things in the kitchen if you self cater and enough sun loungers round the pool for everyone. The host was very responsive and always on hand to help, very friendly. We all enjoyed our stay at your gorgeous villa. The views were a joy to wake up to.

Lovely villa and location. Some very pretty villages to explore with some great local restaurants. Particularly St.Paul de Vence and Eze. Franck was very friendly and helpful.

We have had a wonderful holiday in Franck’s home it is stunning, exceptionally clean, beautifully spacious so you never feel on top of one another and plenty of chill out space if you want it, fabulous views. We were a party of eight, 4 adults and four teens. So, the pool was a massive success for all of us and all being tall, we especially loved how deep it was, so the kids could enjoy some jumping in and diving competitions. Everything was exactly how described and pictures looked, everything thought of. Franck was very responsive if we had any questions. 10/10 communication. We visited the Aqua Splash, old Nice, the beach and there are plenty of InterMarches should you need for daily stocking up, which we needed daily with four hungry teens, the Boulangerie was a hit for fresh pastries and baguettes. Highly recommended with only a 25 minute commute from the airport. Thank you Franck for sharing your home . The Jaggers & The Rushton’s

We had a wonderfull time in this superb villa!

Very compleet villa, very complete equipped kitchen, lovely swimming pool. Good and friendly reception by house owner. I would recommand this villa to my friends and family.

What an amazing property

Franck has the most immaculate property which he clearly loves and takes care of. The interior design and layout was perfect and the grounds were perfect. Dear Jeremy, it has been a pleasure for us to welcome you to the villa. It is indeed quoted in the Ad that the villa does not have Air Conditionning. We have experienced unusual temperatures this summer 2026, and your stay has coincided with a heatwave. So, we apologize for this inconvenience we are not responsible for. However, our guests generally do not complain about the heat in the bedrooms, as the house is very well insulated and cooled each evening by the automatic watering system for the grass which surrounds all the property. We also have provided fans for you which has seemed to have met your needs. Kind regards.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the South of France while still offering peace and relaxation. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience effortless. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Superbe ! En tout point conforme à la description et aux photos, même mieux. Tout est parfait, propre, de qualité, excellente literie, cuisine parfaitement équipée rien ne manque. Jardin et piscine entretenus par le propriétaire toutes les semaines. Propriétaires aimables, serviables, tout en étant discret et respectueux. C'est un véritable havre de paix pour se reposer et admirer la beauté du paysage. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.Le propriétaire et sa villa en elle-même mérite amplement les éloges des utilisateurs précédents. Nous envisageons déjà d'y retourner prochainement.

Perfect summer holidays

Wir haben die drei Wochen bei Franck sehr genossen. Insbesondere der Pool war perfekt. Nach unseren Wanderungen zu den Baous konnten wir uns gut erholen. Die sehr gut eingerichtete Küche hat es dann ermöglicht, schöne Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und diese am Pool zu geniessen.

Wundervolle Ferienlokation

Die Villa war einfach nur wundervoll. Alles wie beschrieben im Inserat, top Ausrüstung, sehr sauber, Küche gut eingerichtet so dass man gut für 8 Personen kochen kann. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen, der mega grosse Pool. Die Kommunikation mit Franck war bereits vor den Ferien 1A, er war während dem Urlaub immer zu erreichen und es war sehr angenehm. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr gut erholt. Die Strände und Nizza sind in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen und Einkaufs- sowie Essensmöglichkeiten sind nahe erreichbar. Sollten wir wieder hierher reisen, diese Villa ist sicher mit in der Entscheidungsrunde.

Very good property

Great property. Location is wonderful away from hustle and bustle of Nice. WiFi was slow at times but I’m sure that was a teething problem with new system.

Wunderschöne Villa

wir waren zu acht für eine Woche bei Franck in der Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Franck war sehr angenehm und er war während unserem Aufenthalt sehr gut zu erreichen und hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Sofern wir wieder an die Cote d‘Azure reisen kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hier her zurück.

Amazing villa with fantastic view

The villa is beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless with a nice landlord. Be aware of the driving distance from city centre. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holidays.

Magnifique propriété. Extrêmement bien équipée. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Merci pour cette semaine magnifique. Notre grande fille est en chaise roulante et les aménagements de la villa nous ont permis une semaine de farniente totale. Franck est très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je la recommande à toutes les familles et ce ne sera sans doute pas une dernière pour nous !

Beautiful villa offering comfort, style and everything needed for a wonderful holiday

Just spent a week at this beautiful villa with my husband, our three children in their 20s and my daughter's boyfriend. This is an elegant villa, tastefully decorated throughout. You can tell that the owners really care about this villa and it feels like a beautiful home rather than just a kitted out holiday let. The main living space, large with double height ceiling, is open plan, airy, bright and spacious. The kitchen area is a joy to cook in with very modern appliances and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The whole house opens up on to pool area with it's comfortable sun loungers and a large eating area, which can be in the sun or shade with the click of a switch. The pool itself is a lovely large well maintained pool to swim or float around in. There are 3 very comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated bedrooms with on-suites, all opening on to the pool area; the main bedroom having a large, modern bathroom with both bath and large shower. I couldn't fault this villa at all and would highly recommend it. The only negative is that we found it hard to drag ourselves away to visit the surrounding area as we were so comfortable at the villa. There are very pretty old towns to visit close by, such as Vence, and Nice is an easy 25 minute drive away. Franck, the owner, is really nice; very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Deze woning is zeer geschikt voor 6 tot 8 personen. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Mooi zwembad. Goed onthaal door huiseigenaar.

Very nice Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice Villa in the hills above Nice. Overall high standard and a big pool made our stay very joyful. Also a friendly and very helpful landlord made our visit pleasant . We highly recommend this house :-)
