Great stay at Cape Relax!

The rental was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having our coffee by the pool.The neighborhood was quiet. Watching the sunset on the canal was amazing. We would definitely rent it again.

Fabulous!

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral and the location of the VRBO was perfect. We loved being able to wake up in the morning and open up the lanai and have the beautiful view of the canal. Recommend highly!!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful relaxing stay for 2 weeks. Enjoyed the outside patio everyday just relaxing watching the boats go by. Stressful time since we were there to pick up our belongings left after the hurricane but this unit made it so relaxful. Would live to stay there again. Jean was very helpful. She was a joy to deal with..

Cape Coral relaxation

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house & separation of bedrooms. Clean house with comfy beds! Great stocked kitchen for cooking with a Mr. Coffee machine (grounds), toaster & Air fryer (didn’t use). Had coffee on the waterfront deck daily before heading out to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and meeting daily with owners’ family member Mark ( next door).

Quiet & Relaxing

Clean and spacious with new wood laminate floors throughout. Good location on canal near Rumrunners, Cape Harbour, and Pincher's, Tarpon Point Manager Jean was very responsive to any questions. VRBO hosts, Trygve and Mark, were very gracious and accommodating. Will return next year. Cathy, Battle Creek, MI

Winter 2020

Mark and Jean were amazing helpful. We enjoyed waking up and being able to walk out the back door to watch boats in the canal. Everyone was so friendly. The beds were both very comfortable. Mark responded promptly and Jean gave us the most helpful advice on all the hot spots in the area. Southern hospitality at its best.

Property a bit dated (manager did email that renovations are planned). Assume line up for renovators is long after the hurricane damage. Would be nice to have kayaks and or bikes available

Great stay in Cape Coral

We had a great time at cape coral, the house very comfortable and felt like home, was very easy to get around to the store's and restaurants. The Wi-Fi worked well for what I needed, I wish they had real cable instead of HD TV antenna. We were able to use the pool next door which outweighed antenna by 10 to 1 though. Mark and Jean did get back to us very quickly with answers to our needs. Thanks for the stay. Joe R.

Beautiful views!

This property is perfect if you are looking for a simple, clean, spacious home with the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of room for a large group and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Convenient Cape Coral location.

The duplex was in a very convenient location, close to Cape Coral Parkway with easy access to Ft. Myers. Nearby are grocery stores, Rotary Park, Tarpon Point, Cape Harbor, and Matlacha. We had dolphins swim past on two occasions and a sighting of a manatee is always a possibility. The two negatives we had were that the dock collapsed into the canal prior to our arrival and because of the local bureaucracy, the owners were unable to have the dock replaced during the six weeks we stayed. The second was that the carpet was badly in need of cleaning or replacement. Our manager was wonderful and helped us out on a couple of occasions.

Unit B (no pool)

Overall enjoyed our visit. Disappointed with TV, listing stated cable, only had HD antenna which only recieved very few channels and with in & out problems, same with wifi reception hit & miss. Not as private as led to believe said older relative was in other side of duplex and didnt use the lower deck area outside, not so, never got to use as renter in unit A had there stuff there and used it solely. Jean the unit manager sure helped save our time there when AC quit working, got right on it and repaired same day. The location is great quit street, close to everything you need. House is well equipped, clean and comfortable good communication with owner. Would recommend to rent from.

Loved the setting on the channel. Quiet, peacful neighborhood with convenient access to beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. Beautiful channel setting with a peaceful, serene nature setting. Loved the Burrowing Owls we spotted nesting in the neighborhoid green spaces. Condo was very clean and furnished with everything you would need. Enjoyed having access to the adjacent pool. Very pleasant experience all the way around and would definitely reserve again!
