This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Cape Coral. Inside, guests find a charming space on over 1,500 sq.ft. (145 m^2), featuring full beds for up to 6 people with one king, one queen and two twin beds. Two full bathrooms offer convenience, hair dryer and cloth iron also available.

Pool toys, sun loungers, outside TV, outside shower, bbq grill - you might find you'll never go inside at all.

The couch and loveseat in the living room have 4 recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end utensils and cooking gear. Modern washer and dryer are also available. And when you’ve been here a week and dragged some sand in from the beach, just let the robot vacuum do the work to clean it up.

In the garage you'll find beach chairs, umbrella canopy, foldable beach wagon and other items that you can use and take to the beach free of charge.

The drive to the beach is 35 minutes, the outlet mall is a 45 minute drive away.

Fees:
- $150 cleaning fee per stay
- $600 security deposit
- $0.20 per kWh of electricity used. There is a $10 per day charge added to the daily rent to cover electricity use. The actual total use will be calculated after your stay and any difference will be deducted from the security deposit.

Other notes:
- By renting this vacation home you confirm and agree that all guests are able to swim on their own and that you solely carry the responsibility to keep non-swimmers away from the pool.
- The garage is to be kept closed at all times. It is not usable other than for the items on the rack marked “For Guest Use”, which you are free to use at your leisure. Please make sure to return them into the same spot.
- There is a 24/7 security camera system for the outside and the garage
