This gorgeous unit is newly renovated and offers magnificent views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell. Enjoy Pinnacle Port's fantastic amenities that feature two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard and access to fun on the lake. Beautiful Camp Helen State Park borders Pinnacle Port to the west and quaint Carillon Beach is to the east with a cute shopping /dining district right on the lake. Owners and guests access Pinnacle Port through the 24-hour gated entrance.

Pinnacle Port Resort is situated on a 25+ acre site within a beautiful gated community having over ¼ mile of beach frontage! The complex has lots of amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts sauna/steam room, fitness room, its own private freshwater dock with boat slips boat launch and wi-fi.

This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath

The master bedroom has a king size bed, beautiful private bathroom with a new shower, and breathtaking view of the Gulf!

The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The property is so close to the water with beautiful views! Our only negative was that the elevator didn’t work the last 4 days. The rental co was not very helpful with info about it and did not return calls and said they had nothing to do with the elevator. Being on the 5th floor it was hard transporting things up and down and not to mention moving out. I since found out it was scheduled repairs that I’m sure they should’ve known about! Otherwise we loved everything about this condo!

Our stay was wonderful. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in at Pinnacle Port. We have been coming here for 15 years. You cannot beat the location, with just a short walk to the beach. The check in and communication was perfect. Patti left notes just in case we needed help using the new appliances, which was very helpful. The kitchen had nice pans and everything we needed to cook a meal. This is a clean and nicely decorated unit. Thank you- we will definitely be back!

Beach stay

This condo was so nice! It was well furnished and clean. All of the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! The beach is such a short distance away. Patti was very helpful! We will be back!

Great beach experience in a great location!

Pinnacle Port in Carillon beach is a nice little community, perfect for families and basically anyone. Love the neighborhood. Had lots of choices of activities for kids and SO cute! We stayed in Pinnacle Port, C-3 building and it was perfect! Away from the crowd and right on the beach. Will definitely be booking here again!

The views from this condo are fabulous. You are not only looking right on the beach, but can look right down the beach to the west. The sunsets are beautiful. The owner, Patti, is very attentive and friendly. Very happy with this condo and will be renting it again next year!! Thank you Patti for everything!!

Beautiful view and condo

This condo has the best view possible of the beach and the bay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for any meal that you might want to prepare. The community ammenities are numerous. Very convenient to everything!! We would definitely stay here again!

A Haven at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An absolutely gorgeous condo. A FULLY stocked kitchen! Everything you need. Lots of space to snack at the bar or have dinner at the table. Comfortable living area. Stock-piled with games for those rainy days. The balcony furniture includes tall, sturdy chairs and tall table for viewing over the railing watching the water and viewing sunsets. Bedrooms have so much storage space! Beds are on the firm side and have lots of pillows. Bathrooms, too have a lot of storage and quality linens. Washer/dryer works well. Passcode entry is so much more convenient than keeping up with a room key. We will definitely rebook!

Another Near Perfect Year At Our Favorite Place 💕

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We try to stay in this particular condo every single year. It’s always great. Clean, not cluttered, and the perfect location. The owner is very nice and accommodating. She’s gone above and beyond for us in the past and we haven’t forgotten! The condo itself is fabulous! We love it. The location and view are unbeatable and what keeps us returning. The beach and pools are wonderful. You will feel very safe here. However, the resort itself is a little dated and could use a few updates. In particular the lighting in parking areas, public areas, and stairwells. Also, the elevator was very hit or miss this time. That hasn’t been an issue for us in the past. It didn’t pose any huge issues as we are perfectly capable of taking the stairs but not everyone is. These issues have nothing to do with the owner but I do feel it is worth mentioning due to the cost of renting here as the rates continue to increase. At over $4000 for the week it would be nice to have these updates considered. Also, this year we had to pay an additional $35 for a car pass in addition to our rental fees. In my opinion this should have been included...along with beach chair/umbrella service as some of the others offer here.
