Beach Bliss is a desirable GROUND FLOOR unit in a very PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY. Exquisite views of the gulf from the living-room and master bedroom and from the wrap-around ''living room'' balcony of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat. This unit was completely updated in March of 2023 with updates in every room of the unit. New leather living room reclining sofa and loveseat were added in January 2024. The kitchen features granite countertops and Samsung appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to "eat-in" during your stay if you desire. There are three charcoal grills on property for your use as well! All three bathrooms were updated with new vanities and granite in the master bath. The master is also equipped with a new tile walk-in shower.

Full over full and twin over twin (with additional trundle pull-out) bunk beds are perfect for the kids. There is plenty of space for the kids to relax and do their own thing. Each bedroom has its own television. Everyone gets to watch what they want! The kids will love their own space and fun ocean life decor.

Pinnacle Port is a private, gated resort, offering luxury and comfort right on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of both Lake Powell (one of the few dune lakes of the world) and the Gulf... right outside your door!

The BEST part of this condo is being on the ground floor! You can walk right into the unit. No steps or elevators to navigate! It makes going back and forth to the beach or pool a breeze. It is easy to stay out for a while and then come in for a quick bite to eat or a nap for the kids (or adults)! You and your family or friends will love your stay at this condo! It is really perfect for every group!

We had such a wonderful stay at this ground-floor, corner beach condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, updated, and easy to access everything was. Being on one level made it especially convenient, and the corner location offered extra privacy and natural light.The view is absolutely stunning — a beautiful, unobstructed look at the dunes and water. You can enjoy the scenery right from the condo, and it’s just a short, easy walk down to the beach. The location is also perfect for families, with quick access to the tennis courts and the covered, heated pool.The layout worked perfectly for our group. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The middle bedroom is ideal for kids — it has both a full-size bunk bed and a twin-size bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to six children, plus its own en-suite bathroom. The additional bedroom has a queen bed and is just as nicely updated as the rest of the condo. All three bedrooms and bathrooms have been beautifully refreshed.The kitchen and living room area felt noticeably larger than other PP condos we’ve stayed in, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and gather together. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was incredibly convenient (just be sure to bring Tide Pods if you plan to do laundry!).Syd, the owner, was friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the property and area. That personal touch made our stay even better.We will be back!

Great location! Three generations had an awesome stay with room for everyone. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, and dishes. The board games and cards were a plus. Erin was great and easy to work with.

Love the location of Pinnacle Port! It's far enough away from the crowded beach, but close enough to the restaurants and Pier Park. This unit on the ground floor was so easy to get in and out to the beach. No waiting on an elevator with little ones. We want to come back to this same unit for another family vacation next year!

Location, location, location! Ground floor condo close to smaller pool and steps from the beach. Communication with owner was excellent! Our front door wouldn’t open mid week and I messaged owner for help; Erin replied within minutes and solved our problem!

Owner resolves problem

We did have a problem with this unit shortly after arrival causing some inconvenience for us, but the owners responded and addressed the issue as quickly as possible. So Thank you very much!As advertised, you are right there on the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck!The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we slept well. The unit was clean and the showers work great. The kitchen is adequately stocked and easy to use.We found Squidly's a great place to pickup seafood and bring back to enjoy. Also Cuvee 30A and Pescado rooftop bar were great for fine dining.My wife also liked the fact we were in a gated community so you are safe to walk anywhere on the property. The Beach Service was easy to schedule and the guys working on the beach were very pleasant to talk to.We have stayed at Carillon Beach many times in the past and it never disappoints!

Another Great Stay!

This is the second year we have loved our stay at Beach Bliss. Check in was seamless. Security in the gated community was visible and reassuring. The host communicates in a very timely manner. The unit was clean and had adequate basic supplies until we could make our own purchases. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of bedding was provided. The unit's location on the first floor and its location to the beach can't be beat. The beach service was so accommodating to our request for chair placement to meet the needs of my elderly mother. We are already planning our stay here next year and have booked our reservation!

Amazing Stay!

This property was perfectly located to everything you would need. It was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed in the master room was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. 100% I will be booking at this location again in the near future and I’ve never booked the same place more than once. Spring break with my grandchildren son and daughter-in-law

The condo was very clean and plenty of room for all 7 of us. Assess to room was great no stairs . We was on ground floor and really 50 steps to beach.My grandchildren had many activities . They fished off the dock in lake Powell and then at the beach. They played and swam in ocean and the heated pool. They played pickleball and basketball and even had swings My family had a great vacation and will be back and stay In same Condo.

Family Fun

Great location! My youngest daughter got married at Carillon Beach weddings and Pinnacle port is very close. Condo was clean and the beach is wonderful! Publix is also near by which was nice.

We have stayed in this condo now for 2 years in a row and love the location especially with having young grandchildren with us. It is so conveniently located to the beach (with lots to haul back and forth) and the playground and pool. Condo is nicely decorated and great size for such a great location! Host has always been excellent!

50th Anniversary Celebration

We absolutely LOVED the location(beach front, ground floor)!!! No fighting stairs or elevators! It was only steps from both the ocean and pool. Beautifully decorated! It was perfect for all of us!!! We all agreed that we can't wait to go back again! Our host, Erin, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We made many treasured memories during our 50th Anniversary Celebration! Family Vacation

This was our second time to stay in this unit. Have stayed at Pinnacle Port numerous times and this is our favorite unit. Being so close to the beach is wonderful! The unit is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Owner was quick to respond to a question I had while there and that was much appreciated! Highly recommend this unit.

Girlfriend trip

It was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and decorated so good. We all loved it. The only thing there were no closets, but we made it okay without them. Host was wonderful. We have been staying at Pinnacle Port for about 7 uears and the condo we had was sold. So our first time at this one bit was so beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful time, wonderful unit

This was our first big family vacation, and this unit met our needs perfectly! Aside from being a beautiful home, there were many details that showed Erin's thoughtfulness in hosting and helped make the stay feel like an extension of home—from simple things like a fresh scent to greet you or providing an extension cord in different rooms (I've learned to pack one from past beach trips), to comfortable mattresses and plenty of extra throw blankets and linens. When I had a question, she was very responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated. My husband and I have stayed at Carillon many times in the past, but always in units on higher floors. We loved being on the ground floor for the first time with this trip, as well as the keyless entry, and we hope the next time we plan a trip with a larger group like this, we can stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved everything about our stay here. It was so convenient to everything, yet not in the high traffic area of PCB. The short walk to the beach was so accessible for my elderly mother and one of the main reasons we chose this condo. It provided the perfect place to celebrate her 91st birthday!

Great family beach vacation!

Excellent location - truly steps from the beach! We loved the beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets right from the condo. We borrowed sports equipment from the clubhouse and enjoyed pickleball every morning, as well as basketball and shuffle board. We loved having such a peaceful stretch of beach to explore and being a quick drive from excellent restaurants. Having 3 bedrooms (6 beds!) and 3 baths gave us plenty of space to spread out and kept us all happy. We would definitely welcome a chance to visit again!

This property is perfect for families. There is plenty to do for all! We love that it is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach drag, but plenty close to everything you need. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground for the kids. Enjoy a grilled meal by using one of the on-site charcoal grills.

Pinnacle Port is located just next to Camp Helen State Park. This makes it quiet without the commercial distractions of many beach properties. Our unit is on the ground floor...no stairs.
