This condo is fully renovated new flooring throughout and new cabinets, stainless steel appliance, and a quartz counter tops in the kitchen which is fully stocked with all your needs including a Kureg. The bedroom has a king sized bed and 50ā€ television for you to enjoy. There are 2 bunks in the hall for the smaller quests. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a recliner and chair and a 55ā€ television. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. We provide 1 set of towels and sheets for your stay.

Parking pass and armbands will need to be purchased separately via the Park N Spot link that will be sent to you upon booking.

All guest over the age of 18 will need id

This condo was great! We love the property, and have stayed before, but at a different condo. Clean, beautifully decorated and enough space for our family of 4. On the 4th floor and right by the elevator, so very convenient. The host was great to communicate with, always answering my questions promptly. Highly recommend!

Great condo but be wary of accidently breaking something

The condo was great, but my daughter accidently broke a lamp which I reported immediately to the owner and I apologized. (We had insurance) The owner was short and rude in her response.

Rest and relax

We love staying at the Boardwalk when we visit PCB and this condo did not disappoint. It had everything we needed for a restful and relaxing vacation. The area is safe enough that our 2 teenage girls could come and go to the pool/beach as they pleased without worry. Convenient to many restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything you need and more for a wonderful beach vacation. The view was great from the very comfortable balcony. My family of 4 will be back to this unit. Boardwalk is a great complex with a restaurant/bar, live music, a store with beach supplies and great breakfast! The ocean was crystal clear and there is so much you can walk to from the hotel. Def one of our new fave vacation spots!

Great Location--Would LOVE to Return!

Our family (ages 37, 35, 8 and 5) absolutely loved this room and resort. The Boardwalk was just outside the "hectic" part of PCB, and we had our best beach vacation yet! Can't recommend this place enough!

Nice and clean. Great location.

It was nice and clean with great ocean view. Set up was definitely family friendly. Beds were ok, could be a little softer. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

Great Condo, great beach

Wonderful trip. Balcony facing the beach was nice to sit on and listen to the waves. Fairly busy the week we were there and only 1 hot tub was working but enjoyed the pool n hot tub when we wanted. Beach was perfect n right there off the resort. Lots going on in the area with great restaurants and activities nearby. Jet skiing with dolphins was amazing... Condo had everything we needed, washer n dryer was especially nice to have. Walmart close by for supplies. First time using VRBO but I see this as being a regular visit.

We've stayed at Boardwalk many times and this is by far the most beautiful room we've stayed in. I liked that they provided boogie boards and other beach items. The checking in process was so easy. Definitely will return.

Excellent Condo

With the exception of the wrist bands and Parking pass not being there when we arrived (which was taken care of swiftly) this was a great unit. Very clean and well kept. Boardwalk has become our favorite complex to visit. Has one of the nicest pools and the bar and grill on site is nice to have. Itā€™s a great central location to the things we like to do. Robyn was very responsive to any questions we had especially concerning COVID. We will visit again!

Best Condo EVER!

Where do I begin?! We booked our stay with Robyne and literally couldnā€™t have been more pleased with everything. The condo was absolutely amazing, completely updated and literally had everything you would need, all the way down to complimentary makeup wipes! The beds were all super comfortable and the recliner in the living room was a favorite. The kitchen was well equipped, even a crock pot! The views from the condo were phenomenal, the pool was clean and the kiddie area was a great spot for our boys to play after the beach. Super convenient location, close to Walmart for quick trips and close to a lot of places to eat. We even had Walmart deliver groceries the first day, which was great to save a trip. The bar by the pool was great, all little pricey but the drinks were worth it. Beach access was easy, two piers to go down and he beach wasnā€™t super crowded. We set up shop the whole week with front row spot to the water. There is even an air compressor you can fill inflatables up at in the little shop behind the bar. We had such a great time and canā€™t thank Robyne more for such a great condo and renting experience. Parking was easy, elevators were quick and the property was well kept. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! We already canā€™t wait to return!

Convenience vs comfort

The property was conveniently located near everything we wanted/needed to entertain our little ones after a day on the beach. We also appreciated the owner that we booked through. We had a few issues that she very quickly resolved for us. She was great. Ripleyā€™s was awesome (their website has a 20% off code). Our little family of 5 easily fit in the condo. We did have a few issues with comfort though. The mattress on the master bed was so firm that we checked to see if the box spring was mistakenly on top of the mattress, which made us decide to leave a night early. The glass doors on the tub only open one way, making it very challenging to bathe little ones. You canā€™t just sit on the side of the tub due to the metal tracks and you canā€™t easily wash them without having to climb in to turn the water on/off. It does not have detachable shower head, which would have at least made the bathing process less exhausting. They are extremely strict about the swimming pool hours and armbands. There are security guards that are stationed to strictly monitor the pool to ensure all rules are being followed. The pool had 2 orange parking cones (yes, I meant to say that) in it marking something that needed repair, which I thought to be unsafe. Can you imagine if a child ran/jumped in and landed on one? They could open the pool earlier in the morning if they cleaned it at night after closure instead of the morning. Also, the pool was cloudy all week. One of the 2 hot tubs is tricky to get to work. We didnā€™t have access to the gym because it used a card instead of key pad (we had a code, not card). That wasnā€™t a big deal to us though. Be sure to have plenty of sun screen because if you have to buy it at the resort, itā€™s $12/small can. The beach: if you donā€™t pay the $45/day for chairs (not actual beach chairs) and umbrella, I think youā€™re better off. So many people (we were one of them) set up real beach chairs/umbrellas closer to the water, meaning there are essentially 3 rows of chairs/umbrellas. Just bring your own for your own comfort. Coupons: go to Pirateā€™s cove mini golf on your first night. They have awesome coupons that youā€™ll use all week and itā€™s really fun.

Condo was exactly as pictured (fun, beachy remodel!) and very clean. I've stayed in other units in the same resort, and this was truly an exceptional experience. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well stocked, extra bed linens were available. Check-in and check-out were simple, parking was no problem, and never a wait for elevators. Owner provided rapid responses to questions before and during the stay which was much appreciated. Thanks for a great experience!
