This condo is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath penthouse, we have fully renovated this entire space, everything from the brand new tile floors to the amazing granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen with all new black stainless appliances, living room with a queen sleeper sofa loveseat chair and a 50" flat screen tv. The master bedroom has a king bed for plenty of cozy sleep it has a 32" television and DVD player for you to enjoy a movie on a rainy night or after a full day on the beach! The 2nd bedroom has a full XL bed with a 32" flat screen television and DVD player to keep the kids in the bed as you enjoy the beautiful scenes from the balcony! The full bath is shared between both bedrooms. The kitchen has a high top table and there is plenty of seating between it and the bar stools that line the counter! The views are to die for, you can look out on the beach as your cooking or if your just relaxing on the couch and then as the night turns totally dark, the side view of the strip is there to mesmerize you. This unit has private WiFi and 2 Beach chairs & 1 umbrella that is included during season to all guest.

Parking and arm bands will need to be paid via the Park N Spot link that will be sent to you upon your booking .

Laundry is on the first floor.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I came down with our 16 yo daughter to PCB for a few days for a quick vacation. This condo was perfect! It was exactly as pictured, the check in and out was easy. It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella. Our view was beautiful and I felt like it was pretty close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We plan on staying again!! :)
Master bedroom, for some reason I don’t have a picture of the one my daughter stayed in but it was so cute!

Great condo in a great location. The owners were terrific. Our air conditioner broke and the responded immediately. They were able to set up portable units for us until the unit was fixed. Which was very quickly. We were very happy staying here.

This place has great views and the inside is spectacular! The construction from the hurricane is going quickly! We enjoyed our stay love how close it is to everything. We'll definitely be going back for a vacation! The owners were very helpful and easy to work with as well!

Great Stay!

Location is perfect, decor was great, view is amazing!! I avoid huge big condos because you sometimes have to wait 15-20 min on elevator and this one was perfect never had to wait more than a minute! Thanks for sharing your property!

The perfect place to stay!!

I went with a few friends and when we arrived we were in heaven. This condo was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We never had an issue and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella to use. We had a great time!

It’s hard to sum up what a great time we had at your condominium. Such a great place to stay and reminisce with my brother and the times we used to have. The condominium was just great and we would love to stay there again when we come back Florida.

Condo is clean, welcoming and well decorated. Everything that's needed to make meals is in the kitchen, including a crock pot! There weren't any wine glasses or shot glasses, but it's vacay...no biggie! The furniture and beds are comfy and the linens were good quality. The HVAC worked as expected.The elevators were quick and there were plenty of luggage carts available when we needed them. The grounds were clean, trash cans emptied every day and, although we didn't have a pet with us, we did look at the pet areas and they were clean as well. One stand out for me was the building employees. Everyone was FRIENDLY and took time to answer questions or just have a quick conversation. Our booking experience was easy and the owners responded to our request for restaurant recommendations the same day. The list of check out requirements was short and were things that one would do before they left their own house. I'd love to visit again!

Gorgeous Oasis

Where do I begin? This place was gorgeous! It looks exactly like the pictures, only better. Check in was a breeze, no wait for elevators, 3 pools, a gym, the view was breathtaking, it's in such a great area and close to everything you need. We will be coming back next year, the property is perfect. Thank you Robyne!

Celebrating My Handsome Husband 48th Birthday. VRBO 1st time user

It's was beautiful. The only thing i would say is the floors needed to be cleaned better and construction was in process, so we couldn't enjoy some of the amenities. Other than that everything else in this penthouse was great. The view, the theme, and the setup.

Great Vacation Spot

We scheduled this vacation as an end of the Summer trip before new baby arrives and school starts. The location is excellent, the views were beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Just as it was described. Very cute ocean/beach themed decor. There is some construction going on and the large pool was closed but there is a smaller one that was open. The fitness center isn't much but lots of swimming and walking on the beach kept us active. We didn't eat out much because the condo has a full kitchen so we grocery shopped and ate at home which helps if you're on a budget. Overall, we would definitely book this property again and have no complaints!

Stephanie, I am sorry you felt the need to rate us a 2 which is not at all a representation of our condo. The COA was changing out the lights on the back porch and installing turtle lighting, you message me during your stay and nothing was mentioned about palmetto bugs especially inside my condo! I provide a travel shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and make up wipes, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, 2 garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and 2 dishwasher pods for every guest to get started! No it’s not enough for a week but this is a condo and you are required to provide stuff for yourself! You were aware of the construction and that 1 pool was open. I was not made aware of any issues with the gates on the property and the beds well I just can’t please everyone!

Awesome find

I will say it right up front, while you are reading this review, someone else is going to swoop in and grab this spot. :) We had 4 of us in the condo, and had no worries for the week we stayed there. The location is incredible. You can walk to a myriad of shops and restaurants, not to mention literally walking out the back of the property and being in the sand. Check in was a breeze- we had the code from the owner in hand and purchased our wrist bands within 10 minutes of pulling up. There’s a Walmart within a mile or so, so we placed an online order and picked it up after check in. Loaded the kitchen up and grabbed a few household items (paper towels, dish soap, etc.). This allowed us to have a ton of options and not find ourselves eating out for a week. The deck was super nice in the evenings to sit and listen to the surf and unwind. We would def8nitely come back

Summer vacation 2023

Property was beautiful. Clean, upgraded, and the attention to detail was amazing and appreciated. There was no washer/dryer in the unit and that threw me off, but there is a facility on site so that was fine. And, the spot for those had been turned into another restroom so that was great. The tv's are all different, and I never managed to get the one in the living area to work. And Robyne said she didn't know anything about it either, so that was frustrating after a long day at the beach when all you want to do is relax in front of the tube. They are still working on the whole resort and that was inconvenient, it was crazy getting to the office! But overall, I was so happy with this rental, so pretty and comfortable! I would definitely book again! Thanks, Robyne!

Great property for family trip

Property was wonderful for our family trip. The property was clean. We had an issue with the microwave shorting out. The owners came and immediately looked at the issue and ended up having to install a new microwave the next morning. They were quick and efficient with responses and taking care of the issue. The only downside to this condo is there is no in room laundry. But they do have laundry available on site. Also a nice feature is that the condo comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella right on the beach. You just check in daily with the guys who set up the chairs. One other Downside currently is that the main pool is under renovation. But there are two other small pools on site to use. Overall super nice condo updated and super clean. Would recommend
