Watch fireworks from the dock! The biggest 4th of July fireworks show on Watts Bar Lake happens at Arrowhead Marina. Last year it was 40 minutes!! Hundreds of boats come to watch in our cove. Our dock has the perfect view for you to relax and enjoy!

Welcome to your Lake Escape! Relax and enjoy the beautiful views on Watts Bar Lake. Gorgeous sunsets every night on a quiet cove off the main channel. Swim, float on tubes, fish, jump off the dock or take out the kayaks that are included. Plenty of toys to stay entertained! This 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfect for families or friends to enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Have a glass of wine or dinner on the upper screened porch with gorgeous views of the lake or take a long nap on the lower deck complete with a comfy hammock. The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals at home or there are two close marinas with restaurants (Arrowhead and Terrace View) within easy kayaking or driving distance.

On the main floor there is a master suite with a king bed as well as a living and dining room. The living room has a beautiful wood burning fireplace, a Roku TV with cable, and the entire house has wifi. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and one room with a twin/twin bunk bed and two other single beds. The perfect kids room!

Easy to spend the entire time at the dock and swim in the cove or across the way at Arrowhead Marina you can put in your own boat at the boat ramp or rent a boat and explore the rest of the lake! You are welcome to tie up your boat on the side of our dock (covered slip is occupied). So much to do, so easy to relax. Tons of wildlife right from the decks or dock including bald eagles, osprey, great blue herons, and more.

Plenty of awesome hiking within 20 minutes. Less than 1 hour away to visit Fall Creek Falls State Park, Lost Sea Caverns, Crossville golf courses & Outlet Mall. Several wineries, Sweetwater Valley cheese, and Mayfield Dairy are all great to visit. 1 hour drive to either Chattanooga or Knoxville area attractions such as Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Aquarium, Chickamauga Civil War Battlefield, hang gliding and Worlds Fair sites. Easy day trips to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood.

Family lake getaway

Host was very gracious and responsive. We loved the dock, kayaks, fishing etc. really enjoyed the screened in deck. Wonderful get-a-way for busy people wanting to share quality time with family.

Great Location Great owner.

The house itself was exactly as listed. Inside the house was clean. Kitchen supplies were lacking. Dock would have been much better if boat could have been parked under the roof. Good place, great experience. Loved the little touches like blankets in the living room, plenty of towels. Ownerā€¦ perfect communication.

Cute house for families with kids

This is a great house for families with kids. You can tell the owners have children and have equipped it with everything families need. The driveway is steep, but that is pretty typical at this lake. The lake access is fairly easy and the dock is very nice. My older son caught a few small fish off the dock, and enjoyed paddling across the lake to the marina to buy ice cream. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged him.

Perfect spot on a beautiful lake

This was a wonderful place for our family to visit. The house was very comfortable and totally clean. We made use of the kayaks and tubes on our first day, as our boat rental didnā€™t start on Monday. It was great to be able to park the boat at the dock and have easy access to and from. The proximity to two marinas gave us great options for fuel as well. We were glad that this was a tranquil part of the lake and that there was so much to explore. Ryan was kind enough to leave some sā€™mores ingredients which we enjoyed using in the fire pit on a beautiful evening. We watched fireflies while we enjoyed the snack and a nice sunset. We loved our time there and would gladly rent again.

Great Family Vacation

Our family (7 adults) really enjoyed the lake views and easy access to put our boat in at Arrowhead. The end of dock was over 10 feet in depth, so no worries there. We swam, fished, and kayaked (provided by owners) off dock. We had plenty of sleeping and entertaining room for all of us. The home was super clean and had everything we needed (after finding the linen closet šŸ˜Š). Grocery and restaurants were 10-20 minutes away. We had great communication with owner throughout our stay. Be careful of steep short walk to front door and boat trailer parking was difficult. We ended up dropping boat at Arrowhead first and found they had storage room for trailer at reasonable cost.

Wonderful!

My family and I loved our stay at the lake house! We celebrated my husbandā€™s ā€œ50thā€ birthday and we couldnā€™t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate with our family. There was plenty of room! The lake is beautiful and Ryan has everything you need for a great time on the water. He was very helpful when we couldnā€™t find the paddles for the Kayaks and responded quickly to our needs. The house was clean and looked exactly how it is listed. There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dish detergent, paper towels, dish rags, dish soap and garbage bags. There was laundry detergent for the washer and dryer sheets for the dryer. The bathrooms were well stocked with hand soap, towels and wash rags. There was at least two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. We truly enjoyed the stay and are very thankful Ryan and his family were nice enough to allow us to enjoy their beautiful home!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Quiet place to get away from everything.

It was our first time vacationing at a lake and it was such a wonderful experience. The house fit our group perfectly with the separate master suite upstairs and the separate bathroom and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The screened in porch with fans was our favorite, relaxing with a cold drink, spot. Fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming... everyone had something to do and the fishermen in the group were kept busy for hours. We did bring some extra tubes and kayaks since our group was a little larger. One morning we kayaked over to the little restaurant at the Arrowhead Resort for breakfast... just lovely! Ryan was excellent with communication and making sure we were taken care of during our stay. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a very long time. Thank you Ryan for opening up your home. We plan to be back.

Perfect lake getaway!

We just finished a week long stay at this property and it was great! The house was super clean and in a great location. There was a marina right across the lake which was extremely convenient for gas! Open water was a minute boat ride away for watersports. The area was really quiet and calm - we were able to find smooth water and wakeboard at most times of the day. The kids loved using the kayaks and jumping off the dock, too! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place great location

Our family spent a week at 'Escape Lake' in July. We rented a pontoon boat for the week from the Terrace View Marina less than 1 mile away. We had a wonderful time and our host Ryan had everything we would have needed covered. We would definitely (and plan to) stay again

Nice July 4th weekend

my family had a very nice time at this lake house, it was was stocked and had room for large group. This was our first visit to Watts Bar Lake and it was unexpected surprise and we plan to visit again. the owners were excellent in answering questions and making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Wonderful vacation

We all had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Loved waking up having our coffee on the back porch and the peacefulness of the sun shining on the water. The memories made here will last forever!!

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation. There were 8 of us (4 adults & 4 kids) and there was more than enough room for all of us. The home was nice and clean and it had everything we needed. We made great use of the kitchen and the screened in back porch with the beautiful view of the lake. We sat there every night until well after the sunset and enjoyed our morning coffee there every day as well. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and the adults enjoyed the floats that Ryan and his family had provided. We also brought several other floats with us (highly encouraged by Ryan) and we had loads of fun! We rented a boat and weā€™re able to dock it without a problem. Watts Bar Lake is beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of the time we spent there. There is nothing negative about this home, itā€™s owners or the neighbors. We are already looking forward to doing this again next year. This is a great place to make wonderful memories. Ryan and his family do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. You wonā€™t be disappointed!

Wonderful family retreat

This is the best property we've ever rented! Immaculate house, everything provided including beach towels, water toys, even smore fixings! Dock with kayaks was perfect for our boat. Several marinas close by. Owner quick to answer questions. Watts Bar is a gorgeous lake. Screened porch a wonderful place to gather with entire family. I could go on and on! Thank you Ryan!

we had a great week on this lake the Treehouse was cozy and a great location we had everything we needed in the house we really enjoyed our breakfast on the screened iin porch every morning . Watts Bar Relaxation

The property was very well kept and extremely clean. It was equipped with everything you could need. The dock was very nice as well. The location is very quite - even with a marina across the lake from it. The property owner was very responsive and responded immediately with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.

Fabulous get away on Watts Bar Lake

We had just an amazing stay at this property. The house was beautiful just as the pictures showed. The house was clean, very well supplied and everything was in great order. We did everything swimming, boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing, birdwatching, bonfires, grilling, stargazing, enjoying our time with family. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch with the amazing lake views. This is the place to bring your family and enjoy a relaxing get away at the lake. The owners gave us a very nice welcome surprise and we enjoyed it immensely! What a great place!

Amazingly quiet and serene.

The house is amazing and the lake is gorgeous. You have a great view in the mornings with a light fog rolling across the mountains in the backdrop. Ryanā€™s communication and accommodations were outstanding and fast. Definitely reccomend for your vacation or just some time away from everything.

AWESOME LAKE HOUSE!!

If you want a perfect lake vacation this is your place!!! The view is amazing especially at sunset. My kids LOVED jumping off the dock and there is a table and chairs on the dock as well. Thatā€™s a plus!! Ryan and his family were awesome! They answered every question I had within a few minutes! I asked if there was an ironing board.. the next day one arrived in the mail! How awesome! This house is VERY CLean and feels just like home! You canā€™t go wrong with this perfect lake home !! We didnā€™t want to leave!
