The home is everything we hoped it would be for our family gathering. Everyone enjoyed the relaxing evenings on the back porch watching the sunset. So much so, 3 out of 4 fell asleep out there! Plenty or rooms and space 9 people. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Scott had fantastic communication with us before and during our stay. If you're looking for a lovely home by the lake and enjoy peace and quiet, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, this is the home you need to rent!! 10/10!!!

This was a dream vacation: beautiful, spacious, well-equipped home sitting high above the lake. Gorgeous, clear lake and spacious community dock where we had slips for both our boat and our jet ski. We had peace and quiet and the joy of cooking together and playing our family games together in the evenings.

We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with extended family. The house was even roomier than we expected, the view was breathtaking, and all the little extras (plenty of towels, a well -appointed kitchen, all the paper products we needed, etc.) made for a very comfortable experience.

Please do come back. I am finally building a decent fire pit while here this fall. It should be amazing compared to the old stuff i had.

Great place to stay

Our family of 14 spent an awesome week at this property. Our host Scott was very friendly and prompt in answering any questions we had. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay with family at this house. Beautiful views and easy access to the lake. Highly recommend this property for large family gatherings and boating on Watts Bar Lake!

We loved our experience here. Plenty of room, we had 4 couples staying and we had plenty of.private space and bathrooms. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equiped so we were able to cook anything we needed. The views are insane and we enjoyed sitting by the firepit watching the sunsets. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Cabin

Great cabin!! Enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning watching the deer. Plenty of room for the ten of us to play games and just hang out and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Beautiful property we stayed at for our sons wedding. We stayed here with 3 other families and there was plenty of room for all of us, it all worked out so so well. Kids enjoyed the rope swing and water so much. Adults hung out, grilled, played cards, relaxed on the HUGE relaxing back patio. Plenty of areas for parking.

What a View

This house by the lake is a good as it gets. From the largest room to the smallest details, everything was top notch. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great family vacation.

Last Minute Family Trip

Pleasant experience! Quick replies from owner during the booking process. The property is beautiful with beautiful views. The house is laid out perfect for larger groups with plenty of beds available.

Best View In 20 Vacations

Large lake home

Fantastic place to stay. We had a party of 12 and it was perfect. Host Scott, could not of been more helpful. Beautiful views of Ten Mile. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this home and this host!!

Sunsets from heaven

Beautiful spacious property. But the sunsets off the patio are the icing on the cake. Great communication with the property owner, when needed. Everything needed for the stay was in the house. I would definately stay there again.

our family and friends had a great vacation swimming at the dock and parking our jet skis at the slip was very convenient. bird seed available to watch the birds was nice. The owners communication was perfect. would recomend to anyone with a large group looking for a clean fun place

Ample space

Our whole extended family enjoyed the sitting on the large deck and watching the sun set! This place is peaceful and just what our family needed. The house was clean and well stocked. S’mores by the fire, bubbles off the deck, and the rope were some of our favorite features. The hosts of the home are kind and generous in offering this space and all the amenities!

Amazing sunsets!

This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly).

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Ten Mile house. The views of the lake are incredible. We had a total of 13 people there and still had a couple beds to spare. We rented a pontoon and utilized the dock and lift. There is a sand bar a few miles north of the house that we spent the afternoon on - highly recommend. The golf cart also came in very handy. We would chose this house if we visit Watts Bar Lake again.

Large, comfortable home by the lake

The home has numerous beds to accommodate a large family. The golf cart made getting to the lake easy. There are 3 sets of steep steps to get down to the dock. The favorite part of the house for the entire family was the covered back deck with ceiling fans that overlook the lake.

What a BEAUTIFUL place!!

This house lived up to the description and MORE! Comfortable beds, amazing kitchen, very nice living area, and the sunsets were an added bonus! The owner was very friendly and personable, but not intrusive. Looking out onto the lake in the morning with a cup of coffee is just the BEST way to start the day! The only suggestion I have is to have a guest book to sign, it's fun to read stories/experiences from others who have stayed there. We look forward to staying in this house again sometime in the future!
