This unique four bedroom house is the perfect place to enjoy paradise. It sits on a beautiful shallow beach with an awesome view and private beach access. Literally go down the porch stairs fifteen steps and you're on the beach!

The large ocean facing covered porch and sun deck has plenty of room for sunbathing, outdoor dining and enjoying pina coladas. Relax in the hammock, listen to the waves crash while watching the pelicans catch fish and the surfers catch waves. Grill fresh fish in the charcoal barbecue. At night let the sounds of the waves loll you to sleep and in the morning, brew a cup of coffee and take a leisurely stroll on the beach (there are miles of beach in either direction).

Casa Sol Rico Uno is located in a safe neighborhood in the Porta del Sol Tourism Area on the West side of the island in the municipality of Aguada (near Rincon). The property is located 25 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) and less than two hours from Luis Munoz Marin Airport (SJU) at San Juan.

The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WiFi, and gated parking for two cars. Air conditioning in all the rooms.

Absolutely beautiful home and location! We traveled with our 4 children and we all loved the beach and seeing the surfers! If you surf this is the place to be! Kim & Ernesto were excellent hosts and promptly answered our questions we had when we arrived. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved this place. It was all they said it was and more. It was clean and the ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. The host were the best. I will be back next year. I recommend you stay here.

The house was super comfortable for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the host was super friendly and helpful. And of course the best part was the beautiful view and patio, which we spent most of our time during the day and night.Great location, and a fabulous trip.

Great family stay

We had a great stay on the quiet, private beach. The house had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house along with a cool charcoal grill set up. Close enough to Rincon and Aguadilla to get to all the surf breaks. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.

A wonderful Place with a Wonderful View

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The host was extremely easy to contact and we had no issues throughout our stay. The place itself is clean and well kept. Beach towels, bathroom towels, and kitchen amenities were all clean and organized. The best part was the view of the ocean from the porch, absolutely amazing!

Nice property

Lovely clean property and great views. Unfortunately the beach, which we were looking forward to, was not safe enough to swim in. Lots of wood all over the sand and water was not as clear as other beaches in Puerto Rico.

sometimes when it rains heavy the rivers feeding into the ocean flood and the water becomes cloudy and washes debris on the beach. Luckily, the water clears quickly and the debris washes away.

Beautiful Views

Everything about this home is beautiful and welcoming. The house had everything we wanted and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The host Ernest and Sunny was very nice and responded quickly. Watching the sunset is a must! I would recommend this place and would definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, Mercado Family

High school graduation surf party

Our families stayed in the beautiful side by side beach houses in Aguada, PR. No need to leave these amazing beach houses. The sun and surf are at your fingertips and amazing food (street food, bakeries and beach restaurants) are within walking distance. Read a book on one of the comfortable hammocks or on the beach with the surf hitting your toes. Clean, modern and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to our very minimal needs. The house has plenty of room for 6 (Sleeps 8) We had 6 adults-3 generations. I highly recommend Casa Sol Rico Dos and for multi families/ friends rent the Casa Sol Rico Uno too!!

Short PR Surf Trip

We had a short break and wanted to be able to surf the Rincon area. This property was situated centrally between Domes and Los Jobos. We found the host to be extremely responsive and pleasant. The property was suitably equipped and had a great view of the sea in AGUADA. Unbeknownst to us, the property is situated adjacent to a wildlife preserve. Walks along the beach collecting glass found few others present on the beach. There were restaurants within five minutes, providing fresh seafood and beautiful views of the ocean. I would strongly recommend this property for a family getaway.

A very quiet and pleasant place to rest and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

The focal point of this property is the terrace, it has a spectacular view of the sea. We enjoyed the surfers catch waves. It is a bit dangerous for bathers, especially if they are children. But, perfect for walking in the sand or sitting on the sand and let the waves wet your feet. The good news is, there are many beaches near the area to go to. The facilities are fine, nothing fancy. The house is comfortable, good air conditioners, it just needs to be updated a bit, especially the kitchen and living room furniture. The communication with the property manager was perfect. She was very friendly and helpful. We just had trouble finding the house, it's a bit complicated. Too bad we couldn't enjoy a bath at the beach in the property.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We are putting in a new kitchen in February as well as making numerous other improvements. Sometimes the waves are big since it is a surfing area. However, at certain times of the year the surf is more calm. We hope you come stay with us again!

Oceanfront

We rented the house for a beach trip getaway for a week. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lay out of house was nice, and we spent most of our time on the huge outside deck. The house is directly on the beach. When the surf is up one can enjoy watching the surfers catching the waves! We swam in tbe water when it was calm,but there are better swimming beaches close by. Location was perfect for day trips to area attractions. Ernesto, our host, was helpful, friendly, and takes good care of his property.

Our family and friends could not stop gushing about how great this place was. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in paradise. There's a fantastic surfing break right out the back door and there's always someone surfing out there. The walks on the beach in both directions are epic. You can even swim at this beach! Not typical for the area, usually too rocky. Everything about this stay was top-notch. If you do stay here, don't forget there's an additional full bath on the outside of the house, next to the laundry room. Ernest was very communicative and helpful. His dinner recommendations were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this place!

Great Family Getaway

This location was the perfect getaway for my family and friends. We had three small children with us and the property was safe and very conveniently located. It doesn't get better than walking right out onto the beach every morning and grilling on the deck at night. The sounds of the Ocean fill the house all day which was so relaxing and when we did need to work, the wifi worked perfectly. It's a very quiet neighborhood with a very private beach. There is delicious local food within a 5 minute drive. Great vacation and I hope to be back soon!

Rich and Sunny first came to Puerto Rico in 1997 on their honeymoon. They are both from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Seattle, Washington in 2010. They have three teenage children. They love being on the water and have vacationed on the beaches Florida, California, Maui, Turks and Caicos and Panama. However, they found that Puerto Rico has the most to offer of all the beaches they have visited!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

In January of 2019, Rich and I came to Western Puerto Rico searching for a beach house to buy. We rented this large house, Vista Azul #1, from Mr. Domingo Cruz eventhough it was just the two of us since it was in a local neighborhood, directly on the beach. As soon as we stepped onto the terrace we fell in love! During our visit, we did not find a suitable house to purchase. After we returned home, we emailed Mr. Cruz asking if he would consider selling us the house. At first he said no, but then he emailed us a week later, asking us to make an offer. We closed on the house three months later and are very excited to share our drean come true with those wanting to enjoy a quiet beach in a local PR neighborhood with spetacular views and beautiful clear warm water!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Puerto Rico is a tropical paradise. It has the beaches, the moutains , the wonderful people and delicious food. Nothing can compare to the crystal waters of the Carribean. PR is a US Territory and uses the US dollar. You do NOT need a passport to travel to PR. English is the second language so it is not difficult to communicate with the locals. (Spanish is the main language spoken).
