Casa Confortável, Aconchegante e Repleta de Luz, em um Bairro Tranquilo e Amigável

I live in this wonderful home that I completely renovated the year after I bought it in 1997. I dropped walls, installed lots of windows, speakers in every room, open space, lovely wood floors, and pale green stucco on the exterior walls. It's the fifth home I've either built or renovated. Everyone compliments me on the cozy warmth of the place which has the same wood accents as the Stanley cabin some of you may have once stayed in (and which I sold five years ago).

I'm a psychologist who loves the outdoors, adventure, animals, and people (border collies, mutts, and blue heelers have been pets -- and now a cat that tries hard to be a dog.) As a psychologist, I need to speak with potential renters before a reservation is absolutely confirmed. VRBO does not allow this, but please know that when asked by you to reserve a space, I will say yes as required, but then call you to make sure we're on the same page for what I offer and what you want.

I live a wonderful community, both my neighborhood and the Valley, with down-to-earth people (providing lots of thoughtful friends) , amazing arts and culture, and a wide choice of incredible outdoor activities.

I've always lived north of Ketchum in a more wide open area at the edge of wilderness. Having grown up in New York City, living in any urban area seems impossible now! My 1/3 acre is sunny, made up of a lawn edged by huge trees, and a few small gardens. It is in one of the most sought after Valley neighborhoods with its mix of high-end and middle-class homes, away from city traffic yet close to Ketchum, and cupped by amazing mountain views that harbor fabulous woods, creeks, sage fields, and wildflowers.

Because I do live here, I usually rent for only one week at a time, but from May 26 to June 10, I'm taking a two week vacation to Tanzania and Zanzibar and like my home to have company when I'm not here. I will deposit my cat with friends, unless you want to entertain her!
