Modern and luxurious , sunfilled 2 BR apartment with stunning open views for high end travelers, short and long -term renters.
The apartment is outfitted with the most lavish fixtures. This Architectural Digest top 100 designer decorated home has an open concept corner living room. Dining room and kitchen with 13 foot ceiling and 8 oversized windows. The top of the line kitchen has Carrara marble countertop, custom cabinetry and Miele appliances.

One enters this home through the mirrored entry hall with statement making Carrara marble floor, which offers access to the split 2 bedrooms and the oversized entertaining spaces. The master bedroom features blackout shades, a King bed with top of the line Duxiana mattress, and walk-in closet . The designer master bathroom has custom cabinetry, Carrara marble, Kalista fixtures, and Albert& Victoria bathtub. Property location

The building is off Park Avenue, one block to the subway, crosstown and downtown buses, two blocks to Central Park. Neighborhood remains one of the most prestigious in not only NYC , but the entire United States. The Kennedys, the Rockefellers, the Whitneys, and the Carnegies lived here. Quiet, tree lined urban expanse filled with posh residents. But there is a lot more than old money on the Upper East Side.
The Museum Mile throngs with tourists, street artists, and lovers of the arts drawn to its abundance of high culture. You are a 5 min walk from The Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheim Museum, Neue Gallery, Jewish museum , Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian design museum and The Frick Collection just to name a few.

Anna's place is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The rare long view of the city is spectacular. There is a CVS, bakery and market steps from the apartment with whole foods and Target with an easily walking distance. Building security is top notch with a full-time doorman and front desk attendant who are all so friendly and helpful and easy short walk to Central Park and museums. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon

Beautiful apartment

I stayed with my husband and my daugter in this gorgeous high ceiling apartment. The rooms are spacius, clean and very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We loved it and would definetly stay there again. The host was super kind and sweet . Not one negative thought. 100% recommend

Carnegie Hill Luxury Accommodations Near Museums

Our host Anna was very gracious, personally greeting us at the unit, providing a building and unit tour and leaving a list of nearby cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The 2 bed 2 bath corner unit is a high ceiling light filled space with 20th floor views of Lexington Ave, just blocks from Central Park, museums and subway. These accommodations were first class from the doorman to the indoor swimming pool. This my first Vrbo rental and a great introduction.

NYC at its best!

Our stay at this fantastic apartment exceeded our expectations. Anna was a superb host and it didn't take long to get settled. The apartment's open space and high ceilings absorbed the abundant sunlight and the tremendous view of the upper east side. The kitchen ad both bedrooms and bathrooms were so nicely appointed with all the necessities including luxurious linens and comfortable beds - so key when staying away from home. After long days of exploring the city we always loved coming home to this apartment. Things we also loved: 1. One block from the subway station 2. Three blocks from Central Park - a highlight for sure and the reservoir walk is perfect. 3. Restaurants and grocery stores everywhere. 4. Great coffee shops on Madison and Lexington 5. A few blocks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art - depending on how long you are staying, we suggest joining the museum so you can pop in on a regular basis. Extraordinary! 6. The building itself and the people who work there. You will be greeted so warmly every time you leave and enter the building. The doormen and staff are top-notch and very helpful. 7. The apartment is a great place to cook and entertain. This was our best VRBO experience and we will be back many times. Thanks to Anna and the building staff for making our stay so memorable. Susan

Annaā€™s house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You will fall in love with the house the moment you walk in. We enjoyed the view and the stay very much. The house was very clean and well maintained and stocked with all necessities. She was very warm and welcoming and gave us a good tour of the house. Wonderful high-end spacious apartment rental just blocks from Central Park

The property and location were fabulous. Anna was a great host and provided all the amenities one would need in the kitchen as well as other laundry/toiletry needs. Anna's house was perfect. Her apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to New York. We had a wonderful stay here. We were 4 adults and enjoyed every aspect of the place. It was a stunning apartment with plenty of light, comfortable lounging area, with a beautiful view of New York city. the place was very clean and in a wonderful location. We had a few concerns prior to our trip to Manhattanā€”safety, virus, new environment. All were put to rest when we arrived. Anna met us to give us a tour and how to-directions for her apt.. She was gracious and very helpful. We fell in love with her apt.. It was beautiful, spacious, and extremely well Maintained. The safety procedures in the apt. building were very reassuring. We loved this place, was really a special time to remember. The apartment is gorgeous with its views and fashionable details, full of light and music (music players in every room). Our host Anna is gracious, polite and helpful, personally met us almost at midnight. She was always accessible when we needed to. Amazing apartment

We felt so lucky to have found the perfect place to stay when visiting New York. Location is great - far away enough from the crowds but close enough to get to the tourist spots pretty quickly. Starbucks, CVS, and metro are all within one block and Whole Foods and great restaurants are very close. The apartment was spectacular. Decor was beautiful and it was very clean and spacious. It is a rare find to have that much space in Manhattan and we were so grateful to be able to come "home" to a very open and relaxing space after a long day. Apartment has all high-end appliances and the building is very secure. Anna was an an amazing host who met us when we arrived and showed us everything about the apartment. Everything was easy and straightforward. We highly recommend this place.

The best VRBO in Manhattan - Luxurious Apartment in Upper East Side

WOW! This apartment is absolutely gorgeous - I never wanted to leave! It is clean, open, modern, and comfortable. The views of the city are unreal. The apartment building is located near great restaurants, shops, and the subway. Anna is a great host and is incredibly easy to communicate with. I cannot wait to stay here again! Wonderful place to stay

The apartment was everything we expected. A beautiful, quiet oasis at the end of the day. Both bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable and stylish. It was lovely to sit with coffee and toast in the sunny living room in the morning, and to relax there with tea at the end of the day. Beautiful building - great location for museums, central park, madison ave and easy transport to midtown and further downtown.

Great apartment in NYC

We are a long time customer of VRBO properties. We would rank this place one of the nicest places to stay! Anna was a very warm and gracious host. She met us upon arrival and toured us through her elegant property. She was very attentive to our needs. The building was very safe and close to everything from subways to places to eat to shopping. The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. The full kitchen and washer-dryer was a real luxury to find in NYC and an added bonus especially if you are staying more than a few days.
