Cozy and charming 1BR below-grade unit with natural light from large east-facing windows. Features hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchenette, Smart TV, and a comfy queen bed. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, and business guests. Located in central Calgary, just a 10–15 min walk to the Stampede Grounds, Saddledome, Inglewood, and 9th Ave, with a quick drive to downtown. Close to the Elbow and Bow Rivers for scenic walks and outdoor relaxation.

Experience the charm of Ramsay Manor, a beautifully decorated 1-bedroom apartment that exudes warmth and comfort. This cozy space boasts large east-facing windows that fill the rooms with natural light, creating a bright and airy ambience that`s perfect for a relaxing vacation.

As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by the warm glow of wood floors and the inviting open living room area. Sink into the comfortable sectional couch that easily pulls out into a sofa bed, and catch up on your favourite TV streaming service or play board games with your loved ones.

The fully stocked kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. The massive oversized island can comfortably seat 4, and the Galanz Toastwave (Microwave and Toaster Oven combo) and double burner induction cooktop make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals while basking in the warm natural light streaming through the large windows.

After a day of exploring the city, retreat to the cozy bedroom that features a comfortable queen bed with soft carpet.

The bathroom, which is conveniently located through the bedroom is also cozy (smaller) with a stand-up shower, we have done everything possible to ensure that you will be comfortable and happy in this space including supplying the essentials. If you have anything else that you need, please don`t hesitate to ask.

Ramsay Manor also offers the convenience of in-suite laundry with an LG washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

At Ramsay Manor, safety and cleanliness are top priorities. The building is equipped with carbon monoxide/smoke detectors and auto-locking doors, while professional cleaning between guests ensures a spotless and welcoming environment.

Located in a small building built in 1960, Ramsay Manor may have slightly smaller rooms, but this adds to its cozy charm. With all the essential amenities and a warm and inviting atmosphere, this apartment is the perfect home away from home for your vacation. Maintaining a LGBTQ2S+ friendly space is a high value of ours, along with environmentalism.

Guests will have access to laundry facilities within their suite. Before you book in, if required we will issue a permit card for street parking. We will require a license plate number and will book it online for you!

We operate via a Smart Lock system, so if you did not receive an email with the app instructions when you booked, or you can use the personal door code that will be provided before the stay.

Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible.

We live onsite, so if you need anything what-so-ever, don`t hesitate to send me a text message during your stay and we will do everything possible to ensure that you get what you need.

We are located in the beautiful, historic and safe innercity neighborhood of Ramsay (one of the original communities of Calgary) famous for our character houses and Scotsman Hill which is located just minutes up the street (see pictures) that overlooks the downtown core. We recommend checking this out, especially at night and during stampede as it`s the best place in the city to watch the fireworks.

Red`s Diner is located just a 10 minute walk and is very popular for their breakfast/brunch menu.

Also just a 10 minute walk away is historic neighboring community Inglewood where you will find ample shops and amazing restaurants. We are walking distance, so you don`t need to drive. If you don`t like to walk, you can catch the 302 bus right around the corner which will take you there in two minutes.

Calgary Stampede is what Calgary is most known and famous for `The greatest outdoor show on earth`. Luckily for you, we are only a 10 to 15 minute walk directly to the stampede grounds!!! We anticipate booking quite fast for these dates, so make your reservation!

For night life, check out 17th avenue where you will find all the bars and some shopping too! Located about a 5 minute drive from building.

We are pleased to inform you about the convenient transportation options available in our area. Just around the corner from our location, you will find several bus systems that can take you to your desired destination.

If you wish to head straight to the downtown core, we recommend taking the #302 bus that passes through Inglewood. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore the lively 17th ave, you can hop on the 24 bus at the same stop.

For those who need to access the Erlton Ctrain station, the Ramsay/Renfrew bus #17 is also conveniently located nearby. The station can also be reached by foot with a 15-minute walk.

We provide street parking with a permit, and we will register your license plate number online. In case you have additional vehicles, you can easily park them across the street, which does not require a permit.

In addition, if you are interested in renting a car without the responsibility of maintenance, we suggest checking out Calgary`s `Communauto` service. Furthermore, getting around Calgary is easy with Uber and Lime bikes available.

If you need transportation from the airport, we are happy to provide a pick-up service for a fee of $50, subject to our availability.

The unit is located on the lower level of this bi-level home. Some noise transfer between units is possible.

We keep our space pretty tidy and we also like to use as much natural cleaning products and scents as possible. If you have any specific sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can determine if we can accommodate.

For coffee: We provide a kerig coffee machine in the unit for your convenience. As part of our commitment to sustainable living, we`ve transitioned away from single-use Keurig cups. Instead, savor the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee brewed in a French press, provided for your convenience.

For Pets, We ask for a 75$ Pet fee

*Please note that access to the bathroom requires passing through the bedroom.

There is a $300 penalty for unauthorized pets in the unit.

Sofa Beds: For your convenience, sofa beds will remain unmade unless specifically requested. This allows you to enjoy the space as it is, with more room to relax and unwind.

Outdoor Furniture: Please note that outdoor furniture is exposed to the elements and may have some pollen, dust, or other natural debris. We do our best to keep it clean, but this is part of the charm of enjoying the great outdoors!
- *No smoking or vaping of any substances in units or building. we will charge a penalty fee of $1000 or more to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odor
- *For pets, we ask for a one time 75$ pet fee
- *No parties or events
- *Noise is to be kept to a low level after 10pm on week days and over all respectful levels on the weekends.
- *We have zero tolerance for vandalism or abuse of others in the building and parties/drinking/drugs within the unit or on property. This space is designed to be a home away from home for you and we ask that you respect it that way as well as others privacy in the building.
- * For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed in the unit other than the guests approved to stay, unless otherwise communicated to and approved by the host.
-if you would like a physical key, we request a security deposit of 100$, which will be returned to you after confirmation of receiving key upon your departure
-Please do not flush paper towels, tissues and feminine products down toilet
- Please use a reasonable amount of water and electricity to help us maintain a sustainable environment; excessive usage may result in additional charges.
-Unapproved Late Checkout Policy: Checkout is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkout fees: $50 (up to 1 hour), $100 (after 11 AM), $150 (after 12 PM)
- Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
- The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.
- Lost & Left-Behind Items upon Check-out: Please double-check and take all of your belongings with you at check-out. Our team is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. If you realize you’ve forgotten something, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee its return, we will do our best to assist. If you request shipping of left-behind items, a $70 fee will apply, and items will only be shipped once payment has been received.

Lovely stay

The suite was very nice and really well furnished and stocked with everything you could need. Appreciated the coffee pods! Communication with Sam was excellent and he responded to and resolved an issue quickly. Very nice little deck to enjoy a drink in the sun.
