This downtown condo was designed to provide guests with a place to stay and play, whether visiting for pleasure, work or both. Only 20 minutes from the Calgary International airport, you can be checked in and sipping a cocktail. Take in the amazing city views from the balcony before heading out to explore the vibrant city of Calgary.

LIVING AREA With a bright and open concept, the main living area is designed to create a space where families or friends can comfortably enjoy time together, whether you’re whipping up a masterpiece in the kitchen, hanging out at the kitchen island or kicking back on the couch. The 43` smart TV will allow you to stream movies or your favourite series.
BEDROOM Decorated in calming neutral colours with a large comfy bed and cozy lux linens, you’ll want to take your mornings slow and stay in bed just a little longer.
FULL KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)
Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - Complete set of knives - BBQ tongs - Coffee maker (Drip) - Blender - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.
Included Consumables: - Coffee, tea and sugar - Salt and pepper - Ketchup, mustard, and relish - Dishwasher tabs - Paper towel.
LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer available for your use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. Is there any better feeling than heading home with 0 laundry?
PARKING You will have access to one (1) designated underground parking stall. If your vehicle is oversized (over 6`9`) there is paid street parking & parking lots nearby.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
NEIGHBOURHOOD The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. There are landscaped gardens at Central Memorial Park, while nearby Stampede Park is known for the annual Calgary Stampede rodeo.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Unfortunately, due to new building strata regulations, guests are no longer able to bring pets during their stays; therefore, we can no longer accept bookings with pets in the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please make sure you have returned the fob to the kitchen counter. If you take or lose the fob, the replacement cost will be $150.

Great property. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Excellent communication with the Jerod and Ashley. Would highly recommend staying there if looking for a place near downtown Calgary.

This location was easily walkable to the convention center and restaurants.
It was quiet and once we figured out the codes for doors & use of the fob for the elevator, easy.

Perfectly dog friendly, As the floors are cool and a nice place for the dog to lay, Spacious, A close park nearby to let your dog pee.

The property was just as described in the listing. It was well designed and the downtown city views were lovely - especially at night when the high rises lit up in color!
We loved everything so much that we decided to stay an additional two days!

I was very happy with the size of the apartment as well as the location in Calgary as well as the value. However there is no excuse for asking a renter to do the dishes laundry or take out the trash. I was offended by this request because a cleaning service was included in the cost.

Wonderful. Well stocked kitchen and everything thing I needed to cook some of my own food.
Side tables beside the bed would be helpful as well as bedside lights. Comfortable bed.

This place needs a lot of TLC! Unusable wobbly coffee tables, wobbly kitchen chairs, stains on living room curtains, broken mirror in bedroom, shower curtain badly stained, living room floor lamp didn't work, kitchen under cabinet lights didn’t work. Would definitely not recommend this condo.

Shocking Bad Condition
We were very disappointed in how poor antd worn ou the condition of furnishings, area rugs, bedding were. Chair cushions in dining and living room were worn out, bedding was dirty and needed replacement and area rug in living room smelled of dog and very dirty. Property management company was in general very unwilling to replace anything and the outdoor space was disgusting and unusable. Their photos online must have been taken many years ago and are not a true representation of the property.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would be ideal during the Calgary Stampede as you could easily walk to the venue. Good parking in secure underground parkade. Comfy bed, great water pressure and shower. Well stocked kitchen. Living room furniture is not what is in the pictures. Current furniture is smaller and less plush. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
