Villa Marie is an exclusive villa with all the amenities you could wish for for a relaxing holiday. Villa Marie offers the perfect holiday accommodation for those who want to be able to choose one or the other or both.

The villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob / ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and all the kitchen accessories you need.
There are three fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet.

At the pool there is a lovely pergola where you can get shade during the hot days. Adjacent to the pergola is an outdoor charcoal grill in stone and an outdoor kitchen with running water. You can thus prepare your food both inside the modern kitchen and outside where the pool, pergola and all the lovely outdoor space are located. Outdoors, there is also an outdoor shower housed in the stone wall, completely in antique style.

Washing machine available. The villa contains six bedrooms, three with double beds and the remaining three single beds that can easily be joined to double beds if needed. All bedrooms have AC.

There are living areas both upstairs and downstairs. The living area upstairs is in one with the kitchen area and has two wide openings with sliding doors out onto the wide and spacious terrace. What makes the room extra unique is the fantastic roof which is in dark brown wood up to the roof. From the living area and terrace you can enjoy the spectacular wonderful views that extend as far as the eye can reach. Just like the pergola by the pool, this terrace also has a pergola that provides shade and a pleasant feeling.

On the lower floor has a wide open exit directly adjacent to the pool. It is a few meters of wooden deck between just. It is a magnificent room, an in and out room in spa style. There is plenty of outdoor space. The patio around the pool is large and spacious and offers spectacular views of the mountains, valley and sea that characterize the entire villa. During the day, the view offers green olive fields and grape farms, villages with whitewashed stone houses, the mountain view and the wonderful blue Mediterranean. In the evening and night you see the magical starry sky as well as all the villages and Chania coast lights. When it's full moon, the moonlight lights up the place and provides a fantastic experience.

The inviting infinity pool gives the feeling a sea that flows into the valley. Here you bathe with the whole view in the eye.

The villa which has both stone facade and plaster feels new and modern at the same time as it offers a rustic and historically antique feel. The stone walls that are illuminated in the evening make you think of historical sites.

Villa Marie is located in the village of Kontomari, which belongs to the municipality of Platania, on the Chania coast. The area is scenic and quiet while there is proximity to service and entertainment. Here you can enjoy the view, the tranquility and the privacy while at the same time you can quickly get down to restaurants, beaches, shops and other places of life and movement.
