Modern kitchen boasts 2 Wolf ovens, 2 sinks, Subzero built-in refrigerator/freezer, Wolf 5 burner gas stove, quiet KitchenAid dishwasher, built-in wine refrigerator, kitchen bar with additional seating, quality cookware, island, custom cabinets, modern lighting, and granite throughout. Dining table seats 8.

Great Room and Lake View Deck:
With vaulted ceilings and windows on all four walls, this spacious room comfortably seats everyone for drinks, movies, games, or relaxation time by the fireplace after a day on the slopes or at the beach. Leather furnishings, TV, high speed internet, gas fireplace with auto thermostat, and unbeatable views of Lake Tahoe. Main deck off living area is comfortably furnished with patio furniture and gas barbecue (except during winter months). A great space to gather for a meal, or simply to relax and take in the view.

Beach & Pier:
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and two kayaks provided. Beach equipment including single/double kayaks and paddle boards can be rented in nearby or dropped at the house.

Lake Tahoe's West Shore:
Convenient access to restaurants and shops in nearby Homewood, Tahoma, Tahoe City, or drive past Emerald Bay to South Shore casinos. Enjoy world famous ski resorts: Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, or nearby Homewood Resort (about 10 minutes by car). Close to State Parks where hiking, biking, and other activities are available. The home is ideal for couples, families, or friends coming together to make lasting memories.

Great property with stunning views. The 3 master suites were perfect for a get together with friends!!! The house was clean and well appointed. The property manager was fantastic. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced backyard and had a blast running around!! We will come back for sure!!!

Amazing family vacation

A beautiful home that was perfect for our whole family! Loved that the house is just steps from the beach. Wonderful sunrise, fun beach days, sunsets and star gazing! Everything we could need, was provided and very clean! The owner and property manager very helpful and responsive. Look forward to coming back!!

Gorgeous family gathering spot!

This was a perfect property for our family vacation! It was secluded feeling but convenient to all the great things that matter on a vacation. Paddle me Tahoe dropped off rental SUPs and every morning I would walk 20 steps to the private beach and launch on an adventure with my kids or husband. Every afternoon we would bike ride on the path along the lake. 2 days we rented a boat to explore the lake. So easy. We are very familiar with Tahoe but this was the first time we’ve stayed in Rubicon and it was so beautiful. The only downside is that it is not close (10 miles) to a major grocery store or restaurant so you want to shop well. not a problem! The house was equipped with everything and the deck with a view of the lake was our regular perch for breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms were spacious, almost all en-suite and beds super comfortable. Highly recommend this gorgeous, comfortable and convenient place.

Excellent stay

Beautiful, well-furnished, comfortable house, located right above the private Rubicon homeowners’ beach. We had a wonderful family vacation here. The house was stocked with toys, chairs, towels, rafts, and a kayak. The owners and manager were a delight to work with. We would love to return. This was a very hard place to leave!

This house was absolutely perfect!

We absolutely had a fabulous week in Tahoe! Everyone had their own private room, the kitchen was fully stocked for home cooked meals every night... yes, every night! We had no desire to go out when we had all the utensils and facilities to cook at home! The lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning and the privacy of the property was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Tahoe Home

We arrived late Friday evening and had no issues upon arrival. Everything was exactly perfect for us! This is a beautiful home with absolutely anything and everything you need provided (other than our clothes and food). Down to the details of the towels and soap provided... amazing! There is a master bedroom and bathroom right on the main level which was perfect for us with my elderly mom. There are three bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs as well. The location is perfect. The kids were able to sled and play in the snow right outside the house. The view from this home is equally amazing! The beds were so incredibly comfortable - no problem not sleeping while away from home that's for sure! The only problem we had during this trip was not being able to stay longer. This is a beautiful home with perfect amenities and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!!!!

Beautiful Executive Cabin and Setting. Lovely Owners.

Folks, this is a beautiful property in any season and an incredible place for a family, or group of families, to enjoy a special time. The home is spacious, well appointed and set up to ensure you have a great time. Three master suites, dual laundry facilities, redundant water heaters and an automatic generator, along with nice plowed streets in the winter, have you enjoying life without a thought. The beachfront and dock make the lake easily accessible as well. Just minutes from Homewood, and an easy jaunt to Alpine Meadows and the world famous Rubicon Trail, this is the spot. The owners made things easy and were lovely. I look forward to returning!

Great Winter Getaway! Super relaxing and fun place to stay.

Loved this West Shore cabin... The etched glass door panels at the entry with the lake and mountain landscape just beyond welcomed our arrival. It was a lovely beginning to a wonderful week. The house exceeded expectations. The living area was well furnished with comfortable leather recliners, sofas, fireplace, and beautiful views of Lake Tahoe filtered by a few lovely trees from the yard. The mix of hardwood and slate flooring was perfect for winter and I imagine would also be nice during summer months. The bedrooms were well decorated with high quality mattresses and goose down comforters covered by Pottery Barn duvets and linens. We were surprised to find duplicates sets of linens and duvets in each closet. Three of the four bedrooms have private decks facing Lake Tahoe, and the forth bedroom has a door opening the beach trail for easy access to the beach. All the bedrooms had their own full bathrooms, again well done with linens and full-sized salon shampoo and conditioner, soap, etc. The kitchen was a dream, fully equipped with everything we needed - and a few things we didn't use but were nice to have (like the rice cooker, waffle iron, slow cooker, and KitchenAid mixer). We also didn't use the barbecue because it was snowing out, but think it would be great on the main deck in the right season. The garage was great for our truck, and also our skies and snowboards. This was one of the few houses we've stayed at during the winter that was comfortable and easy to keep warm. We enjoyed Squaw Valley and Homewood skiing. It does not surprise me that so many people return to this cabin year-after-year. We would love to return for skiing, and also during spring-summer to enjoy the beach and lake. We has a memorable stay.

Super Lakefront Cabin. Great Winter Vacation. Highly Recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful week. Beautiful house and grounds. I loved seeing the trees covered in snow filtering the beautiful blue-green color of the Lake just beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed skiing at nearby Homewood Resort, and also sledding from the house down to the shore of the Lake. Kids had a blast throwing snowballs and building Frosty (who we left for the next guests to enjoy). The house was just as described, and we were very happy with everything the owner provided. We would certainly return for another winter week, and also take you up on the offer to come in the summer.

Beautiful House and Beach. Amazing Lake Views. Peaceful, Serene, Super Relaxing!

We spent our first week of summer at this west shore lakefront house. From the minute we walked into the house, we were on vacation. The house was spotlessly clean, well appointed with everything we needed, spacious floor plan and amazing views of Lake Tahoe. The house is well thought out with 4 master suites with private decks and bathrooms, and laundry on both levels of the house. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and well designed. I could have lived in this house all summer and been very happy. Will return and highly recommend to others who want a quality lakefront Tahoe experience.

Fantastic Home!

This house has it all! Beautiful view of the lake, very spacious, clean, feels new, each room has an attached bathroom, VERY short walk to the lake, located in a perfect area. I could go on and on. Our family enjoyed many of the winter activities that Lake Tahoe offers and it was easy to get to our destinations from this location. If you are looking for the best, then look no further. Our family is already planning on booking this house for some time in the summer.

Wonderful stay - can't wait to return!

Wow, what a fantastic place. We wanted a beautiful place to stay for two families with a nice view and we could not have found a better place. The view of the lake and mountains is stunning and it's so nice to walk out the back to the lake in less than 30 seconds. But, the house is almost more stunning than the view! Everything is top of the line from the kitchen and comfortable living room to the spacious bedrooms, most with their own bathrooms. We look forward to making this a family tradition.

Beautiful Lakefront Home

We stayed at this lakefront house for a week in March and we loved it. We chose this house for many reasons and we couldn't have been happier. The house has a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. We were at the house during winter, and instead of walking to the beach, our two children hopped on the sled behind the house and after a short and safe ride, they were on the sand of Lake Tahoe- we had such a great time as a family in this beautiful setting. The house itself is modern, clean and spacious. What we loved most about the house is that it has an open floor plan with great views from every room as well as the deck. The bedrooms are large- there is plenty of room for a family to spread out. The kitchen is completely updated and gorgeous. The fireplace is great and there are board games for the kids and family. While we were there, we skied at Homewood Mountain. My husband and I enrolled our children in ski school while we enjoyed skiing together. Homewood is a great family mountain and it's only 10 minutes from the house. If you are looking to get away and stay in a house with high-end everything, this is the place. We're definitely planning to come back next winter and we look forward to a summer visit as well sometime.

We had an excellent vacation at this house! It is quite spacious, but designed to feel very comfortable and easy-going. Beautiful view of the lake, and a stroll down to a private beach with a creek running by! A perfect Tahoe experience!

Gorgeous home with a view to match

I stayed at this property during the winter. The house was spotless, well laid-out, and had plenty of glass to entertain you with gorgeous views of the Nevada side of the lake. There is a master bed-bath upstairs, so the kids can be downstairs and not bother you. There are other master suites downstairs, so it's a great place for multiple families. The downstairs bedrooms also have their own exit to the outdoors where the kids can play in the snow and make a pretty sizable sledding trail. This house is also one of the few in this development with easy access to the lake. In the winter, Homewood is nearby for skiing. It's far less expensive than the big-name resorts, very friendly, and has enough terrain to keep an expert skier entertained. I didn't eat out because I think that I can cook better than most of the restaurants in the Tahoe area. The kitchen is excellent and stocked with all the cooking tools that you would need.

Stunning vacation home, kid friendly, and steps to the beach

We spent Memorial Day weekend at this home and our stay couldn't have been more relaxing and enjoyable. The home appears to be brand new with new appliances and upgrades everywhere you look. The front door's etch glass bear scene is breathtaking. Having 2 small children, we spent most of our days at the beach which was steps outside the downstairs back door. When we forgot something or needed snacks for the kids, it was easy and convenient to run back to the house. While the kids were napping, the adults sipped white wine on the deck overlooking Lake Tahoe and took in the breathtaking scenery. It was so wonderful to be removed from reality in such a beautiful location in an immaculate home. Highly recommended!

BEST LAKEFRONT EXPERIENCE. GREAT WHITE SAND BEACH. CRYSTAL CLEAR/CLEAN WATER FOR SWIMMING. AMAZING!

WE HAD OUR BEST FAMILY VACATION AT THIS AMAZING LAKEFRONT HOUSE ON TAHOE'S WEST SHORE. THE HOUSE IS A WORK OF ART, BEAUTIFULLY CONSTRUCTED AND EXCEPTIONALLY WELL PLANNED. THERE ARE 2 LAUNDRY ROOMS, ONE ON EACH FLOOR OF THE HOUSE. THERE IS A MASTER SUITE (1 OF 4) ON THE MAIN FLOOR OF THE HOUSE IN CASE ANYONE HAS MOBILITY ISSUES. THE HOUSE HAS GOOD FLOW AND FLOOR PLAN WITH 5 BATHROOMS. I PARTICULARLY ENJOYED HAVING EVERYTHING SO NICE AND NEW. WE'VE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH "OLD" HOUSES IN TAHOE. I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE KITCHEN: HUGE PREP SPACES, 2 OVENS, GAS RANGE, PREP SINK, ISLAND, SUBZERO, AND AMAZING WATER VIEWS. THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS AND STILL VERY COMFORTABLE, SO EVERYONE HAS PRIVACY AND SPACE TO SPREAD OUT, BUT THERE IS ALSO AMPLE INDOOR & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES TO COME TOGETHER AND VISIT AS A FAMILY. MY KIDS ENJOYED THE KAYAKS, AND WE USED THE BUOY FOR OUR BOAT. THE LOCATION IS EXCEPTIONAL. VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTIFUL LAKE. NO LOUD NOISE FROM HIGHWAY 89 TO CONTEND WITH, AND NO TRAFFIC TO WORRY ABOUT WITH YOUR KIDS. THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS HOUSE IS NOT ENOUGH SUMMER AVAILABILITY.
