Great location and a Beautiful/Safe neighborhood with tennis courts, pickleball courts, pool and Jacuzzi. Our home is close to shopping, restaurants, EOS health club. It is within walking distance and a short drive to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, and Scottsdale.
This is why I bought this property! Recently renovated, we provide you with all the amenities needed to have a wonderful vacation or if you are needing a temporary HOME to live in. We can offer long-term and or short-term stays. We truly supply any needs you require. Our many returning Guests can tell you, "This is our home away from home!"

Spring Training getaway

Very comfortable and nicely appointed house. Perfect accommodations for 4 of us. Very welcoming home. Hosts were excellent to deal with. Left Goodies in fridge and on counters to welcome us. Will rent again.....

Beautiful Townhome/Best Hosts in Tempe

We stayed in this townhome for a month so that we could work in Tempe while commuting back and forth to Tucson. Bob and a Elyce communicated well with us and even came by to replace the garage remote when the battery died. The community pool was perfect, and the townhome is within walking distance of a grocery store and drug store and several restaurants. The owners left us delicious treats for our stay! The feeling inside the townhome is like a sanctuary. Everything you need is there and no detail has been overlooked. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great property will be back

This was a wonderful rental. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The wine and bagels were a special touch. It was quiet and in a safe and popular area. Easy to get around the Valley. Bob was very attentive, easy to reach and responded right away to our questions. Highly recommend and we will look into staying here again.

Perfect Stay

This property is one of the best I have stayed. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the property. The property is clean and well furnished. Great location. Close to shopping but yet very quiet neighborhood. Without a doubt this is my go-to location when visiting PHX area.

Great location and property!

Stayed here when we needed to be close to ASU. We also went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Location was great for those day trips. Property is clean and bright. It was so helpful there was food and beverages to help get us started till we could get to a store. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, well appointed!

The Frabotta’s really thought of everything when preparing this vacation rental! Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, well stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Very clean property in a nice quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants. The community pool is easy walking distance from the house. Bob was easy to communicate with and very accommodating, allowing us to make last minute reservation changes. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place!

We stayed for a couple of weeks working remote and visiting family. It was quiet, clean, cozy... comfy beds, fridge stocked with water, wine, and beer as a nice welcome! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

winter escape

had a most wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. It was clean, well stocked and close to shopping and restaurants. Because of covid and remote learning our granddaughter was able to stay with us the entire time which made it all the more enjoyable.Thanks again to Bob and Elyce for sharing their place with us. I would recommend this rental to one and all.

Very welcoming

I had the impression from the photos that this place would be cluttered and cramped. That was not the case at all! It was open, spacious and comfortable. The owners provided many little extras that added up to make my stay here one of the easiest rentals I have had. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Great ten days!

Perfect property for the three of us. Well maintained and central to several of our activities; e.g. golfing, hiking and shopping. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub, also clean and attractive. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Fantastic townhome!

Our family loved our stay here. Great location with easy access to the 101 highway. Clean, spacious and comfy with all the amenities and day to day necessities of home! We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in AZ!

Could not have found a better place!

Everything was just wonderful at this property! Clean, comfortable, well equipped and quiet, just what we needed. If we would have been there during the summer we would’ve been able to use that wonderful community pool. The hosts even made us authentic Italian cookies to share with family who came for Christmas dinner while we were there! They were always available and willing to help! Wonderful Property

We had to be in Tempe for family reasons, this property was within walking distance of Dad's place. It was comfortable, clean, fully accessible. We used the grill in the backyard to cook dinner. We happily made coffee in the mornings and enjoyed all the lovely treats that the owners left for us. A welcome respite in the evenings.
