Gulf Highlands LM 2BR/2.5BA Sleeps 6 W/Golf Cart. Snowbirds Welcome

Your going to love our townhouse directly across from the beach located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Gulf Highlands Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security that offers many amenities including 11 pools (5 heated), six tennis courts (2 are lighted), an 18 hole miniature putt putt course, shuffleboard, and exercise room. The clubhouse is located on the beach and offers a pool, deck, lounge chairs and snack bar.

Upstairs both bedrooms have a full size bathroom and ceiling fans and are furnished with fresh linens, pillows, and covers. Brand new hardwood floors and Queen size bed and a flat screen tv in both bedrooms. Laundry room is also upstairs with washer/dryer.

Downstairs the living room has one sleeper sofas, free wi fi connection for internet, half bath, dining room table that seats 4 and 3 bar stools. The kitchen has a brand new gas oven and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans.

2 parking spots right in front of the unit. We also have a golf cart so that you can drive to the island pool or to the gate at front beach to walk across the street.

3 night minimum


Gulf Highlands Resort is one of the one of the most family oriented resorts in Panama City Beach area. Walmart and Publix are both just a short drive from the complex. Pier Park is about 4 miles and offers lots of shopping and great restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Bach Porch, Five Guys, and Tootsie's.

Other attractions include: Chartered deep sea fishing excursions, jet ski tours, kyaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, golfing, dolphin tours, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World, airboat adventures, dinner cruises, Zoo World, parasailing, bungee jumping, go carts, helicopter rides, Sea Dragon pirate cruise for kids, Shell Island boat rentals and the brand new Wonderworks!

Panama City Beach was rated number one beach in the 1995 survey of the world's beaches, and the number four beach in America by The Travel Channel in 2000.

The owner Shea was amazing, she answered each text I had within minutes, the condo was in a great spot to walk to beach if needed too. The only problem we had was the first night it was a little warm in condo until we got the AC figured out. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Tourney Stay

The townhouse was easy to get in and out of each day. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so we would leave at a different time each day. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get around the resort and to the beach. We all enjoyed the mini golf and all the turtles that were around the area. My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot, and one of the owners in the resort took it to the guard shack, so he was able to get it back. He was very thankful for their honesty. I like that we were off Front Beach Rd, so the noise level wasn't bad and the area was very quiet.

Condo With Lots of Extras

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed the convenience of playing putt putt in the evenings. There are also a lot of swimming pools to choose from. One is on the beach side and has a small restaurant that is convenient for food and drinks. The golf cart was a big plus! We enjoyed having it to drive to the crosswalk to go to the beach. There is golf cart parking at the crosswalk as well. The crosswalk has a red light that stops traffic so it is super easy to cross the street. We did not have any issues during our stay. I did have to contact the owner once because I overlooked the battery charger for the golf cart and she was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend this condo to others.

Very nice stay

We were only in for a quick weekend but the unit was clean and as described. Owner is super friendly and responds promptly. Golf Cart was a huge bonus.

Nice location

Nice place. Would have given it 5 stars, but the pictures online was a little misleading. You have views of nothing but other condos. There is a pool about 30 yards from the back Porch, but you can't see it. We had a few question right after we got in, and the owner responded very quickly. So that is a plus. Seems we were in the middle of everything. It didn't take anytime to get to where we were going. That made things alot better. Pools were clean. The included golf cart made it better getting to other pools and to the beach, which was a 3 min golf cart ride, and then crossing front beach road. There is a gas grill but we didn't try it out. Overall we were pleased. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is there wasn't a view of anything from the condo, and I got the impression there was from the pics, but that's not the owners fault. We enjoyed our stay, the pools made it nice, and we made some wonderful memories.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and comfy! We will definitely be staying again next year! Very convenient location and the golf cart is an added bonus! Shae was very easy to communicate with when I needed her! Thanks for an awesome vacation! Until next year....

Gulf Highlands stay

Very nice condo and location. One observation: There were no extra sheets or pillow cases. There were no kitchen towels or kitchen wash clothes.
