Escape to the coastal retreat at this spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. With room for up to 6 guests, this family-friendly getaway is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy easy access to the beach, where you can soak up the sun or take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, boasts 11 pools (the pool within steps of the unit, is heated in the winter months). Walking distance to the Beach House pool, where by using your resort access code, guests have access to a private beach entrance, outdoor showers, and restrooms. The Beach House is also home to a restaurant (sit down or take out) serving casual beach fare. Bring your sports equipment to enjoy additional resort amenities: tennis and pickle ball courts, a putt putt course, shuffleboard, and access to the exercise room. Ice and vending machines are located within the property.

This comfortable townhome offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and inviting bedrooms. With plenty of space and a prime location, it’s the perfect spot for making lasting memories with family and friends. Book your stay today!

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was clean upon arrival, the walk to the beach was short, and we had plenty of space and starter toiletries for our family. Would stay here again and again!

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend! The place has everything you could possibly need, super clean, in a great area with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The owners were super friendly, accommodating, and responsive. My kids requested that we make this an annual trip and we all agree that we’d love to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! I took my family for our 4-year-old son’s very first beach trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The place was clean, fun, and exactly what we needed. The owners were incredibly accommodating with several requests and just as communicative as any short-term rental we’ve ever booked. They truly helped make our son’s first beach trip memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at the townhome while visiting PCB. The home was just as listed. It was very clean and very quiet. The accommodations were very comfy and cozy. The check in process was extremely easy. Brandon was very responsive to any questions that I had. They even left a welcome gift for my fur babies which was so appreciated and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again while in town.

The host was great and communicated very well. We were able to get in early which was great. We were welcome with a personalized gift which was super nice. The townhouse was clean and felt like home. Plenty of extras to take to beach as well. Would stay here again.

The home was beautiful and very clean. The owners are thoughtful about every detail. Goodie basket when we arrived had snacks and dog toys. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you need. Closet is full of beach equipment. The pool is next door and putt putt golf is next block over. Back patio with seating and grill. Great location, walk to beach. Restaurants close by. owner communication was by far the best of any beach rental we've done. Best stay we've had in PCB.

Spring Break Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and recently updated as well as located close to the beach. The beach stuff (wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc.) were really helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, thanks!

This home was just as described. It was everything that we needed for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided. The property is in the perfect location and close to everything food, shopping, fishing and more. We will definitely stay again if available. Thanks for having us.

Soccer Tournament

We had a fantastic weekend at Brandon’s condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, Brandon made us feel welcome with a thoughtful basket of candy, and the property itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The condo had plenty of entertainment options, including board games and outdoor amenities, which made it easy for everyone in our group to enjoy. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable everything felt. We’ll definitely be renting from Brandon again!

Perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Area is safe and secure. Condo had everything you could possibly need. We were greeted with the sweetest welcome basket, case of cold water and toys for our fur babies. We enjoyed the beach umbrella and wagon. Nice pool just steps from the front door. Easy walk to the beach. Nice place on site to rent golf carts. We utilized the ocean front pool and restaurant. You’d have to look hard to find any flaws to this well kept condo. The only suggestion I could give is to get rid of the carpet on the stairs. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. We look forward to visiting again!!

Wonderful stay

I had an amazing stay at this spot! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the space had been meticulously cleaned and organized, making it feel welcoming and comfortable. The owners were incredibly communicative and friendly, offering helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The townhome itself was the perfect size for our group—cozy yet spacious enough to feel at home. It was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, from kitchen essentials to toiletries.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better! The property is ideally situated, close to everything we wanted to see and do in Panama—restaurants, shops, and local attractions were just a short walk or drive away. Plus, the price was very affordable for such a prime spot.Overall, this was basically the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Stay!- Go ahead, book it while you can!

There’s really only two things I need in a property, Cold air and a quiet nights sleep…. This place has way more than that going for it!Here’s a few things we loved about the place and the hosts:-We felt like family. They had things perfectly prepared for us. -The air conditioning was cold! Hallelujah!-The YouTube TV worked perfectly-There were games for us to play -The wagon was awesome for the beach trips-It’s like a 10 minute walk to the private ramp to the beach (use it with the wagon). It’s to the right of the restaurant, not the public beach access 39-The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful -Some sweet lady was offfering a beach shuttle for those two tired to walk back on her golf cart.-The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had anywhere outside of my own home. -10 steps to the pool-The kids loved their beds too!-It was updated and well kept. 100% recommended and we hope to come back!
