This amenity-rich condo is a dream, boasting a clubhouse complete with a racquetball court, table games, a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. You'll also enjoy the luxury of a shared on-site tennis court and an outdoor barbecue area.

Relax on your private, furnished balcony and stay in for a movie night or play a few games on the PlayStation 3. The wood-burning fireplace and book collection are a match made in heaven, while the large windows create an airy, mountain ambiance. If you're traveling with a larger group, please note that the bunk room includes an additional queen trundle bed!

Here at the top of Wildernest, you'll find hiking and mountain biking trails that lead into the national forest within walking distance, as well as a stop for the free bus that offers free and easy access to all of Summit County. Go outlet shopping in Silverthorne three miles away, enjoy diverse dining in Dillon only five miles away, and experience top-notch skiing at Keystone just 11 miles from your front door. Come summer, kayak, boat, and paddleboard rentals are available at both the Dillon Marina and Frisco Bay Marina.

A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter.
Please be advised that guests with dogs will be asked to leave and their reservations will be canceled without a refund. Neighbors will actively report if dogs are in the condo. Thank you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Generally this felt like a very tired rental condo - much better options exist with better maintenance unless the price is very attractive.The good; easy check-in and check-in. heat was great all week. easy parking. hot-tub was very hot. snow-shoe trail right out the parking lot was a great little adventure with killer views!The bad; dishwasher door sounds terrible when opening and it wasn't cleaning dishes - i checked the filter and it was gross, so had to clean that and it helped. shower curtains fell down - clearly this had happened before and not been reinstalled correctly (without the pads under the end fittings). carpet tack nails can be felt through the carpet in bare feet - ouch. insulation to footfalls from above is non-existent, fortunately our neighbors were not up too late. very sparse in terms of consumables (no oil or sugar in kitchen, no kleenex anywhere, cheapest paper products possible in bathroom and kitchen). exhaust fans absurdly load and rattling. literally a massive hairball on the toilet brush when pulled out of the holder. the list goes on i'm afraid.amenities were not impressive - pool table cushions are damaged, sauna was out of order and appears to have been that way for some time.

Wonderful property & location

We loved the location, comfy furniture and well-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom was a bit tight on space and the close doors were hard to operate so we ended up using the 2nd bedroom as a staging area for our clothes. We didn't use the clubhouse or laundry facilities so nothing to comment about there. Would definitely rent this property again.

Skiing in CO With Family

The condo was great and beautiful views. The space perfect for 6 people and easy to travel to all ski resorts in the area. Thanks for everything and we would come back again.

Very Nice Home

We didn't realize the altitude was so high (over 9,000 feet) and had a very hard time physically adjusting to height. The television was very hard to operate and had two lines through the screen. That being said it was a very nice home. So many good qualities.

Great Get-Away

I chose Timber Ridge Condos as I went there every winter and summer growing up and wanted my boys to experience that. The clubhouse is as I remember it and has been well maintained. The condo was in proximity to Lilly Par Lake as well as other hikes we enjoy so that is a plus as well. The only downside of the trip was having to leave and come back to 102 degree weather with extremely high humidity! Would definitely recommend and would book Timber Ridge Condos again!

Comfortable Condo with Great Location

Comfortable condo near hiking trails with good views of the mountains. The condo is on the 1st floor of the property which is convenient. The description of the condo is accurate. The property also has a clubhouse which is an added bonus with swimming pool and hot tubs. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We liked the ground floor condo. The space was nice but no exhaust fan for cooking so things kind of smelled. TV set up was interesting too. We would rent it again though. Nice spot.

Great location, great views, awesome clubhouse after a day on the slopes. Every thing was perfect. Only thing it was hard to fry bacon n eggs without a skillet or pan.
