*Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances.
*Note - all pools and hot tubs in the complex are currently closed for renovation

Our condo is 20 minutes to Copper or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, and 30 minutes to Breckenridge.
The free bus line is right out the door and will take you directly to the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Silverthorne. If you don't want to drive to the ski resorts, you can take this bus but you will need to transfer once to get to Keystone and twice to get to the other resorts. Another option is to take a short drive to one of the transit stations within 10-15 minutes to catch the free bus directly to any ski resort (since parking at the resorts can be expensive). Search online for "summit stage free bus" for bus route info - we are on the green Wildernest line.

Cancellation policy: guest receives 97% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; guest receives 47% refund if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; no refunds within 15 days of arrival. Due to how our property management software collects payments there is a 3% credit card processing fee that we have to pay which we cannot get back under any circumstance. We therefore must retain 3% of your payment (even if your reservation is over 30 days out) to cover this charge. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Awesome place

Great location, tons to do on the property and the unit was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Owner was accommodating. I would stay here again

A Little Slice Of Paradise

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing nice mountain gateway, look no further than this place. The rental unit was super clean and very cozy looking. To shop for supplies everything is near by. Restaurants are very good near by.

Great Place for a Mountain Escape

Two of my friends and I stayed here for a birthday trip & this was the perfect spot for us! The house was super clean, they left great detailed notes on how to get to the area and ideas of things to do while here. They were very communicative and quickly responsive. Definitely felt like a home away from home!

Good for small group

Very comfortable place. Plenty of space for 3 couples and 2 babies/toddlers. Kitchen well set up. Blackout curtains in loft bedroom make it very private. Beautiful view of Buffalo Mt.

Great stay at perfect location

We had a great stay at Erich’s property. Property had everything we needed (kitchen, supplies, bathrooms, living room etc) Kids’ games were a bonus and thanks for the welcome kit. Kitchen appliances all new. Erich was very responsive to any questions we had.Check in was easy and convenient. Overall we are highly satisfied with the stay.

Cozy Condo close to the slopes

Property was as depicted and perfect for our group of 8 to relax after hitting the slopes in the nearby ski areas. The hot tub in the building was out of order but Erich communicated the issue prior to arrival and offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience. Loved the new electric fireplace!

Excellent weekend!

The unit was clean and perfect. Everything was as expected. Not any fault of Erich, the hot tub in the building was out and the hot tub in the other building was less than luke warm without jets. The dry sauna was excellent. I'd recommend the condo.

Great location for skiing access / Perfect size for a family

Loved it! This condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5. We enjoyed the views, the extra loft bedroom space, the amenities (TV options, games, books, ping pong paddles), kitchen gadgets, and ease of access. Also, it was a major bonus to us that the unit was on the top floor so we didn't hear any footsteps. The only negative was that we had to walk to the neighboring building to use the hot tub, but the property manager communicated with us ahead of time, so that was not a big deal. Thanks!

Beautiful Mountain Views

This was our first time in Colorado and your condo was great. It is located towards the top of a mountain but still very close to shopping. The loft area is not enclosed but still feels private. Our 15 yr old niece spent a lot of her time up there and we couldn’t see her from the living room. There’s a clear plexiglass for the loft area if you’re worried about small children up there. The owners had great communication with us when we needed anything. There’s plenty of games, legos, blocks, books for kids. There’s a playpen and toddler booster seat for the table if needed. The kitchen is a lot nicer than it looks online. New appliances! The hallways were dated but inside the condo was nice and felt very clean. The pool was not heated the first time we went and was pretty cold, but much nicer the next time. I’m not sure what was going on with the temperature. The hot tub was very hot. I loved it. My kiddos could only put their feet in bc it was too hot. It wasn’t crowded at all in the summer. A few nitpicky things we had to work around but they weren’t a big deal. There’s no pantry area…we cleared off the top shelf where the toys are under the stairs for our dry goods. There was one game room in our building with only a pool table that required quarters and a game room in the other building with a pool table that didn’t work and a tennis table. The inside shower curtain in the master bath had a shorter width than the outside curtain so I had to be careful to not get the floor wet. It got pretty hot at night even with all the windows and both sliding doors open and fans going. There was only one box fan and a few smaller fans. One more box fan would’ve helped a lot. We just never thought about buying one while we were out. It gets better after you’re laying still in bed for awhile then it was in the 40’s and 50’s by the morning in July. Overall, it worked great for us. There are plenty of dishes, cups, as well as plastic ware for kids. It’s very convenient to Frisco and Breckenridge. The views are gorgeous!

We had a wonderful stay with the kids. The place is very specious, enough room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Nespresso machine was a pleasant surprise. Kids had fun playing ping pong and exploring nearby trails.

Holiday getaway

We traveled to CO to see my daughter for Thanksgiving and thought it’d be a great idea to make it a getaway trip to Silverthorne. We were not disappointed. The entire trip was fantastic. The Wildernest rental had everything we needed and more - it felt like our own personal 5 star hotel. Check in & check out was so easy. The town of Silverthorne was nicer than we could have expected. We enjoyed the town and also learned to snowmobile by visiting Freedom Rentals which I would recommend to anyone. All in all it was a very special trip. I would recommend it to anyone- and we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect home away from home

The condo had everything to make for a comfortable stay. Clean and well supplied. Appreciated the newness of the bed linens, thick fluffy towels, and even kitchen linens looked new and fresh.

Great experience and would highly recommend

The property was very nice. Our condo was clean and easily gave us room as a family and room to spread out and have our own space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and they supplied everything you could need if you were traveling light. The only two issues we had were we wish they would have had more wash rags for our 6 day stay. However, that wouldn't have been an issue had we brought quarters for the laundry room. Finding a place to give you quarters was extremely tricky. The laundry room does take apple pay, when it is online. We shared the laundry room with other people from different buildings because they had the same issues of Apple Pay not working and limited quarters. I still would stay here again and highly recommend it! We will just bring quarters next time. Our host, Erich was very helpful and responded quickly. He was able to offer suggestions and made our overall stay easier to plan out. Thank you for that!

Very good stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Not only was the view beautiful but the inside of the place was really clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts really thought of everything! We didn’t feel the need to ask where anything was or how to use it because they explained everything very well. An overall great experience!

Comfortable, well furnished and convenient

Booked online and the property met/exceeded our expectations. Everyone was comfortable, we had all we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed a few of the games available. Will go back if we get the chance.

Great little getaway

Our family of five enjoys little retreats from our busy lives and spend time in the mountains. This is a great little place, fun for the kids, games and indoor pool. And relaxing for the parents. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels for showers and pool use. Would love to stay again.
