Beautifully updated duplex unit on a quiet, secluded street on deep water canal - located on exclusive Hutchinson Island. The location is amazing and very centrally located to both downtown Jensen Beach and Stuart and short ride to Ft Pierce.

The beach is within walking distance as are several restaurants , small shops, local post office and convenience store.

The house is well equipped for your stay from the beach chairs and grill to fully amented kitchen and leisure materials.
The kitchen and living area are wide open with heightened ceilings, comfortable seating , cozy eating area.

The newly renovated sunroom with wall to wall windows that give amazing view of patio, deck and water leads to private master bedroom and bath.

Fully furnished patio with rockers, Adirondack chairs and tables - which overlook the water that attracts many fish and our local manatee

There is a newly built private outdoor shower for returns from beach or fishing.

Gorgeous upper deck is accessed by spiral stairs where you can watch amazing sunsets and catch the coastal breezes on comfortable lounge chairs.

There is private laundry area under cover just outside the front door where beach towels can go straight into the washer ( w supplies)

So come and enjoy a bit of salty air, sun, and central air after a day of island exploring.

Relax and take in the island life. We have local museums , top notch restaurants, and all home conveniences.

Monthly rates are available for Snowbirds.

Unexpected layovers due to travel restrictions and cancellations may be possible if contacted asap and new guests are not arriving. Normally we have a 2-3 day a availability due to cleaning procedures.

The cottage is completely cleaned and sanitized between guests- all bedding is changed and freshly cleaned bath and beach towels are available.
( There is always extra bedding and towel’s available on site, if needed. )


Cottage has recently had new roof, windows, and solar added.
New linens, rugs and towels are refreshed every season.

The kitchen is fully stocked w everything from dishes, silverware and glassware.
cooking and baking equipment to containers for leftovers !

Beach and camp chairs - cooler beach bags and towels are also available for guest use.

The outside grill is furnished w propane tank
And utensils. !

We are happy to share our second home w couples that are looking for a quiet place to chill and relax. Our neighbors are quiet and considerate- and we ask that guests be like minded.

Please note - our cottage is not child friendly for stays ! Guests w Visitors must be aware that the deep water canal is not secured by fence and are responsible for those on property.

We are fortunate to have guests that return annually and book dates 12 months ahead.

That is always possible w deposits to secure a spot for future. Deposits are only refundable if cancellations are able to be filled by other guests.
