PROPERTY LAYOUT
Walk up the private path to our contactless entry - 1st floor greets you with a half bath, leather lazy boy sofa, desk, and rustic wine barrel table and 55” Smart TV ready for streaming. This is a welcoming entry and great 2nd living room if your family wants to spread out. Each of the three bedrooms and two living rooms have wall mounted televisions for your convenience.

With large windows bring all the Florida sunshine indoors, each with shutters for privacy. Walk up the open stairs with stylish metal railings to the 2nd floor and main living space including the kitchen and the main Living Room. Open the curtains for even more natural light from the small balcony off the kitchen - which is fit for a chef! From the quartz counters to the gas stove and complete set of Cutco cutlery we have all you need for any meal - or to enjoy takeout from the many restaurant minutes away.

This second floor is the main gathering space for guests - enjoy a morning Kuerig coffee or make a pot, an evening glass of wine over games and conversation with friends and family. Our restored wood farm table is great for any meal and comfortably seats 8 - with room at the island to spare. This main floor also has half bath, which you’ll pass when you go from the kitchen and dining into the oversized main Living Room. Here you’ll find a comfortable couch to enjoy easy streaming availability (Netflix, Hulu, MAX, Disney, PBS, Paramount, Discovery - even access the Peloton classes to keep fit!) Be sure to gather your competitive spirit for some shuffleboard or a board game. Plenty of room and privacy - yet everyone feels together.

Head up to the 3rd floor for two full bathrooms (that's a total of two half baths, and two full) - as well as three bedrooms, each with its own wall mounted 55” Smart TV. The entire property has vintage grey wood floors, except the 3rd floor greeting you with carpet - where you’ll find a full laundry room and three bedrooms:

1) Primary Bedroom, Owner's Retreat features a King (Lucid medium-firm memory foam mattress) and en-suite spa-like bathroom, complete with floating tub, double headed marble shower, and double vanity. This Main room is at the end of the hall and also has a spacious walk-in closet, so large we added a crib.

2) Second bedroom has Queen (Zinus memory foam mattress) with French door closet and bench

3) Third bedroom has a custom twin loft over a Queen bed, (also Zinus memory foam mattresses), with French door closet

We have a professional cleaning team that arrives promptly at your 10am checkout with strict cleaning protocols in place, (even before 2020). You are provided with hand soap at each sink, extra sheets, towels, and basic linens - but we do not keep condiments or toiletries on hand for sanitary purposes.

This is not only a home we offer to you for your travels, this is our family vacation home - and we share it full time as a business, going the extra mile to ensure you have the best stay possible. Each mattress and pillow has an allergy encasement for the best possible nights sleep reducing allergens - which are all in excellent condition. The property and all items are taken great care of and we ask that you care for them in turn.

We take pride in offering you the perfect retreat to feel at home for a fun & relaxing stay. We enjoy hosting families and folks visiting Tampa for the first time or for special occasion - please let us know how we can help make your stay memorable. We strive to exceed expectations with touches from nice kitchen tools and comfortable bath sheets to a meticulously maintained space - and comfortable beds are never overrated, even for a couple nights.

Permits are required for street parking past 6pm - but no worries, the oversized driveway allows parking for 2 cars so you'll have plenty of room for your stay. All bedroom closets are available for guest use.. The garage and two storage closets are locked for owners storage and unavailable for guests - otherwise you’ve got the place to yourselves!

On the first floor, the lazy boy sofa has a Queen pull out mattress, technically we can accommodate up to 9 guests in beds. Please advise in advance if you'd like to have more than 7 guests staying and we will prepare you with the air pump (it's half mattress, and half air mattress). License #DWE3913520
