The space

The downstairs master suite has a king bed and a dual vanity bath. There is a second entrance to this bath by the patio doors. There is another small bedroom off the living room with a queen bed. The private pool is in the backyard and there is a half bath with an outdoor shower under the back stairs.

The upstairs also features a master suite with a king size memory foam bed and a dual vanity bath. There are two more bedrooms, each with queen beds upstairs. One of these bedrooms has an outside door that leads to the back stair case to the pool deck. There is another full bath with a claw foot tub upstairs.

The house is in the heart of South Tampa, two blocks from Bayshore Blvd. and within walking distance to the Soho district that features world class restaurants and shopping. The famous Bern's Steakhouse is less than half a mile away. Hyde Park Village is a quaint shopping area less than a mile away that also features some landmark Tampa restaurants, such as On Swann. Once you get on Bayshore, you can head north into downtown with the Amalie Arena, home of the Stanley Cup champions two years in a row, only 2.5 miles away. Our Super bowl champs, the Tampa Bay Bucs, play at Raymond James Stadium, which is a short Uber away. Downtown Tampa also features the Riverwalk, the University of Tampa, Sparkman Wharf, and Armature Works. There are several city parks as well. The beautiful Gulf beaches are a 30-45 minute drive away. And the Orlando theme parks are an hour and 15 minute drive on I-4. We are truly in the heart of Tampa Bay!
