Private and cozy with a long range mountain view and a view of the beautiful Tallulah River. Minutes to Lake Rabun and the cool art village of Lakemont.

The space:

We have just finished a COMPLETE and TOTAL renovation... Shiplap. Granite. Stacked stone. Warm fabrics. Fluffy towels. High thread-count sheets and puffy comforters. 4 sleeping spaces, 3 baths. Complete kitchen remodel with new Stainless LG appliances.

Guest access:

Firewood, Hot tub (private), 75 Mbps Wi-Fi, Dish Network with Sports. Articulating 55" Vizio High Def TV , Grill, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detection. Tons of wide parking. Much More!

Other things to note

Local attractions include Lake Rabun, The Barn at Lake Rabun, Moonrise Distillery, The Lake Rabun Hotel, Minehaha Falls, Wander North Georgia, Tallulah Gorge, Halls Boat House, Lake Seed. Lake Burton, Wineries, The Appalachian Trail, many outdoor music festivals, kayaking, fantastic roads for motorcycles, sports cars and cycling, and much more. 3 minutes from the cool art village of Lakemont. Only 12 minutes from Clayton for great shopping and dining.

We require our quests to be respectful of our amazing community and wonderful neighbors. No "party house" situations allowed, no exceptions. Also, we require the responsible individual, (the renter) to be at least 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

Our trip was a girl's trip to the mountains. The house was perfect! Very nicely decorated and a beautiful view. We had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Communication with Sarah, the owner, was great. We plan to return again soon.

Lovely property, kitchen was well stocked and views beautiful from the porch. Loved the decorations style and everything was comfortable. The only thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is actually a loft bedroom with minimal privacy. Fine for our group because we put a younger teen up there but may of been awkward if it was a couple or adult that wanted privacy

Amazing Stay

The property was one of the cleanest and best equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay. Very convenient to outdoors activities, shopping, restaurants, and towns which was so nice. The hosts were extremely communicative and welcoming.

Beautiful place

Perfect for a trip to the beautiful mountains in North Georgia! We were in town for a family wedding at Terra Incognita Vineyards and the location worked out great. We were able to spend some time in cute downtown Clayton as well, where there are several nice places to eat and cute shops. Everything was seamless and we would definitely stay at this home again.

Perfect for families

From 62 to 7 months old—we all enjoyed our stay at this special home. Elegant, comfy, beautiful vistas and landscaping. I hope there is a return visit sometime in our future.

Fabulous home

So much to say. Home was beautiful. View, fabulous, even from the hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed and very nice linens. Plenty of wine glasses, cookware, serving ware, etc. We stayed for our wedding week, got to take fabulous pictures, plenty of room for getting ready. The host was so accomodating. We will definitely be back!!

Cute mountain cabin near lake

7 of us stayed here for a wedding at lake rabun and this house was great! Such a nice house with plenty of room for all of us and all the amenities! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the porch. Sarah was very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Best mountain house in a long time!

One of the best VRBO rentals we've had! Sarah was extremely responsive (and gracious), and the home was better than the photos - a truly top notch renovation! Firewood was dry (the kids still wanted s'mores in August), and the views were stunning. Will be booking again soon!!

Lovely everything!!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous property. The owner was on top of everything; it had a lot of space; the decor was gorgeous. Kitchen was well-stocked. I could rave on and on. A 60th birthday ladies trip made more special by this home choice.

Perfect Mountain Home

My family has enjoyed this home two times now and it is always perfect. Sarah, the host, is so responsive and helpful. The home is perfectly equipped with everything you could need. It is also furnished in a stunning way and feels very luxurious. We will be back again and again!

Beautiful Mountain Home

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for a three-day weekend in the mountains of north GA. The setting was peaceful, house impeccably decorated and very clean, and we loved both the fire pit and hot tub when the evening air had a bit of chill to it. Sarah was great to work with; very nice and always responsive to messages. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we hope to make it a family tradition!
