Cottage Home PEI is a spacious vacation rental designed for large groups of families and friends. With the capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests in comfortable beds, it’s the perfect place for gatherings and creating lasting memories under "One Roof"

The main floor features an open layout that includes a kitchen with a custom island, a coffee bar, a dining area, and a living area complete with a fireplace and a Smart TV. This space is situated at the front of the house, highlighted by large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The Ezy Suite on the main floor offers a queen-sized four-poster bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a Smart TV, and a private three-piece bathroom. Additionally, there is a powder room that includes a full laundry room for convenience.

The Lofty Master Suite features an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a stand-up shower. It is furnished with a queen sleigh bed and a comfortable pillow-top mattress, all dressed in beautiful linens. This suite also includes a lounging area with a bar, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a work desk with a printer, all offering stunning ocean views. Additionally, a viewing deck with lounge seating extends from the suite.

There is also a separate game room designed for kids, featuring a large chalkboard wall. The room includes a foosball table and a game table stocked with a variety of board and card games. For adults, there is a poker tabletop equipped with chips, trays, and cards.

On the lower level, there are two additional spacious bedrooms: Bella and Wispy. Both rooms feature cooling memory foam mattresses and Smart TVs.

Bella, the larger room, functions as the family bedroom, making it ideal for those traveling with infants. It includes a queen bed, a crib, and storage in the closet with a booster chair, gate, and playpen.

Wispy, the second bedroom, has a rustic whitewashed queen bed and a neutral color palette. It also includes a large chest filled with beach towels for all guests.

There is also a walk-through bunk room that accommodates four people, featuring comfortable mattresses and a Smart TV. The two top bunks are equipped with sleeping bags for younger children.

Additionally, the lower level features a spacious bathroom that includes double vanities, a combination soaker tub and shower, as well as a Sauna.

Returning to the main floor, you'll find a walk-out deck designed for entertaining, complete with a barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a seating area furnished with tables and chairs. We also feature a rustic bar with barstools—ideal for sipping coffee while enjoying the morning view or for sharing drinks with friends and family in the evening. The enclosed sun porch includes a table for games and a cozy seating area that offers a stunning view.

Steps away, descend to a fire-pit area, spacious enough for family gatherings and storytelling. For your convenience, we have stacked wood & starter, accompanied by ample Adirondack chairs.

Above deck, this spacious outdoor living area spans the upper front of the home, featuring sectional seating and loungers for sunbathing, complemented by a full-size electric awning. It is perfect for social gatherings with stunning ocean views. In the mornings and evenings, cranes can be seen feeding along the shore.

At the back, a spacious pergola offers partial ocean views and a private area for relaxation. Enjoy our new hot tub while you unwind. An outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is conveniently located nearby for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or before entering the hot tub. Please make sure to rinse off any lotions before using the hot tub. Additionally, we have an indoor sauna on the lower level.

Linens, bedding, pillows, towel sets, beach towels, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided for your convenience. We also offer a well-stocked pantry, and any tips to help maintain its supplies for everyone's use are greatly appreciated.

The package includes unlimited internet access along with Netflix and Prime.

Clarity: Our nightly rate accommodates up to 8 guests. We can sleep a total of 12 persons in beds for an additional rate of $25 each per night.

We also provide long-term stays from October 1st to April 30th each year. During these months, we offer an exceptional rate of 65% off for stays of 30 nights or longer.
