3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, all on one level , no stairs to climb . Deck has only two steps down with a hand rail and flat acre lawn lead to private ocean beach access with stairs to beach. Can sleep 8 people comfortably. Also note that our direct Neighbors rent a beautiful private suite above their garage that sleeps two if you need overflow accommodations. The location of this Home offers vacationers a wide variety of options to explore all that Prince Edward Island has to offer.
A 15 minute drive to Summerside, the Harbour city that offers everything from shopping to theatre to history museums, arena, blowing alley, public indoor pool and harness racing .
There are many small towns such as Miscouche, Bedeque and Wellington to explore. As well as Cavendish and Victoria by the sea.

.The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to make meals on brand new GE Cafe double oven range. There is an island with stools and the beautiful wood table seats 10.
.A fun Antique Coffee bar is set up to easily access your morning coffee or turn it into a cocktail bar in the evening .
.The designated workspace over looks the ocean and can be also used for kids games or cards as it has four stools.
. The huge one level living area is great for family gathering or movie watching on the 55” smart tv or dvd with many movies.
.A cozy wood stove warms up winter nights if desired although the home is completely warm in the winter and air conditioned in summer .
. The huge main bedroom is Gorgeous with its ocean views in the morning and a view of the stars at night ! It has a king bed with beautiful bedding and a smart tv. His and Hers closets and an ensuite with his and hers vanities with a stand up walk in shower with a seat . Mounds of towels and bedding for your use.
.The second bedroom has a queen bed, locally made night stands with lamps and storage. There are plenty of pillows and extra bedding in the spacious closet and storage bench. A second entry door leads to the main bathroom that has a large bathtub and shower combination.
. The third bedroom could be for the kids with
new bunk beds ( double on bottom, twin on top) clip on lamps , book and phone storage holders as well as fun matching bedding . Another twin bed offers lots of sleeping quarters. As well, an air mattress can be pulled out to accommodate more sleepers .
The kids room has local area related books, games and two movable bean bag chairs.
. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with an ironing board and iron for your use if necessary.

Renters must book at least three nights during high summer months ,however if you are looking for a romantic get away weekend please send us an inquiry and we will be happy to work something out for you for a weekend.
