This property is located on the St Lucie River just minutes from action packed downtown Stuart Florida. You have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Just bring your boat and trailer. The rate for the trailer and boat will be discussed and added to the daily rate.

The home is fully equipped. Just bring your cloths, boat and fishing gear. We have everything you need.

The property has an amazing view and has just been updated. The owner lives in the area and is available for all your needs. The yard allows direct access to your boat and fishing right of the 183 feet of seawall.

We have a private park and boat ramp for your use at SeaGate Harbor. It overlooks the waterway and is a beautiful setting.

If you like places on a canal this place is for you! Spacious, quiet, clean, well-equipped and close enough shopping strips, etc. bed was very comfortable. Owners are very nice.

Perfect stay

Everything is as advertised.Located in a nice water front community off the river. Easy access to inlet and offshore for fishing and boating.Stayed at a lot of places and this is the cleanest I have visited. Brig was a fantastic host with great communication.Brought our 24 ft boat and was able to dock it there along with trailer parking.Definitely will book a future trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Stewart. The house was everything. They said it was and more the views of the back the canal and the water was beautiful The manager was more helpful for everything I would stay there again

This property is exactly as it is listed. The location is great for boaters. The house was very clean and nice. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent stay. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Hidden Gem! Super Clean & Quiet!

If you are looking at staying in the Palm City or Stuart area, give this place a hard look. Newly remodeled on the inside and well landscaped on the outside, this place has it all. It has plenty of space for a two bedroom, comes stocked with everything imaginable and has a great fire pit in the backyard. It is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood on a canal which provides nice water and boat views. The owner's were excellent with just the right amount of attention paid to our needs, and you can tell that they take pride in their property. You cannot go wrong with this choice.

Very nice and clean property. The owners have done an excellent job updating this property. The attention to detail is impressive. In addition to the very well done interior of the home, the outside is well done and maintained as well. The Adirondack chairs and the gas fire pit are a nice area to relax and have a drink.

Super Clean !!

We had a nice stay at this spotlessly clean home. It was nice to be able to dock the boat. Because we had quite a few family plans while we were in Florida, we did not spend a lot of time at the home, which would be very nice for someone who didn’t have many other places to be. The home has everything you might need. I was actually quite impressed with that. There is a lot of attention to detail here.

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining this home. The cleanliness was top-notch—every corner of the property was spotless, and it truly felt like stepping into a brand-new space. The attention to detail in both the living areas and the bedrooms made for a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.The property’s maintenance was also exceptional. Everything from the appliances to the plumbing was in perfect working order, and it was clear that regular upkeep is a priority here. It was such a relief to have everything function flawlessly, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my stay without any worries.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained home away from home. I’ll definitely be back!

Good Experience

Overall a great stay in Palm City. Only issue was with wi fi access when we first arrived. Owner got that taken care of as soon as possible. Only improvement I could suggest would be for some more comfortable seating. Furniture was clean and attractive but not especially comfortable. Brig is a very nice person to deal with.

Amazing Property and Outstanding Owners!!!

We travel several times a year and this is the absolutely cleanest and organized place we have stayed. The house exceeded our expectations. The house is stocked with nice quality items. The owners are so nice and treat you like family. They take pride to upkeep the property and ensure a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning soon!

Excellent property excellent host

Brig made it clear when we arrived if there was anything at all we needed or he could do to make our stay great to let him know. The home was immaculate and set up very well. I am definitely going to return in the spring.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for us! The location was close to everything we wanted/needed. Loved looking out at the water each day. The house was spotless, well maintained and well equipped. It was a very comfortable house to be in. We would recommend to anyone and look forward to staying there again.

We rented in the neighborhood five years ago as you are doing now. One month here, we knew this is where we would retire. We live here full time and decided to start this paradise rental for others to enjoy and keep us busy. The difference about this stay for you is we are here to help with anything you need and also provide charters a day events on the water. We have small and large boats for charter. You will be amazed how clean our home is and what a view.

You can bring your own boat. The slip and trailer storage costs will be discussed and then added in to the rate. Your boat will be right out your back door. We have a private park with covered picnic areas, basketball, fishing, boat ramp private, tennis court. You minutes from major and private beaches.
