Great house for our family. Perfect location next to pool. Neighborhood was great for morning walks, enjoyed the peace and quiet. Beach and lively town center an easy bike/cart ride away. Good food and shopping in the area. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay

This house is right outside the main pool. Making its very easy to manage littles who want to swim and change multiple times a day. Golf cart included was a major hit and made things so easy like riding to the park, beach, restaurants etc. the place is very spacious, an all rooms are great size and beds are so comfy!

The home and pool are beautiful. Spacious and great for multiple families with kids. Great location for the beach. The downfall if you are traveling by flight, paper goods provided are minimal as well as supplies in the house. Be prepared to completely stock the house for a week’s stay. You cannot take the golf cart to the main grocery store but can take it to beach or other small shops and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and great location!

Spacious home with great location to the beach and steps from the pool! The home came equipped with almost everything we needed. Having the bikes and golf cart was awesome! Dryer was extremely loud but when notified owner stated it was waiting on part. Overall we had a great time and very happy with our stay!

Fathers Day

House was just as described perfect very clean easel access to the pool area. The only thing that I did not like was the no drinking in the pool or even around the edge of the pool and there was several controversial incident that happened due to that rule with homeowners and HOA and the security guard.

Pool House Fun

Our family of 12 enjoyed our week at the Pool House in Santa Rosa. The house is lovely, well equipped and a nice layout with the 5 bedrooms. The patio is very nice and was enjoyed a lot! The house was clean, but several items were left from the previous renters, including meds. Not sure how that was overlooked. Just an FYI for future renters…the gate from the patio to the pool is chained and locked. There is no direct access from the house. Also, renters are not allowed to use the pool before noon; it is for home owners only. It was nice to have the golf cart to use for going to the beach. After accepting the unknowns (locked gate & swim times) we had a fun week and absolutely loved the magnificent pool!

30A Gem

We had a fabulous stay. The property was as advertised and having 4 kings was ideal for a multi family gathering. The layout was condusicce to our party of 12 and we could all eat tog, watch or play game in the same room. While the location is not on the beach it is very accessible and the golf cart and bikes made the short journey fun!

Pool house

We had a fabulous time at this house! The proximity to the pool can’t be beat and it’s a short golf cart/bike ride/drive to the beach. Great for little kids to have the option of the beach and pool literally in your backyard.

Beautiful home with all the amenities!

The home was beautiful and clean. We had 13 total family members including children ranging from 6-11 years in age but we never felt crowded because of the way the home flowed. The pool was the largest I’ve ever seen and was amazing! The kids loved the bicycles and rode all over the neighborhood. The beach was about a half mile away but with the golf cart included, it made it very accessible. The owners were very helpful when we had questions and we will definitely try to come back soon!

Construction Zone

If you plan to stay here any time soon, I would ask if the lot next door is still under construction before booking!! Pros: The house was clean, well decorated, and included everything we needed. The proximity to the pool was excellent and there were several restaurants close by. Cons: NOISE!!! The lots in this neighborhood are very small, so we heard every shot of the nail gun and everything else involved (including blaring Tejano music) with the construction of the house door. If you like to sleep in or nap (or have kids who nap) on your vacation, look elsewhere. The most disappointing part is that when I brought it to the host's attention, they admitted they knew construction had started on the house, but chose not to communicate with us beforehand or offer any kind of consolation.

The Pool House

The Pool House was a perfect place for our 4 families. The first floor layout of the house was great for cooking, playing games, and hanging out. There was plenty of room for everyone's food in the large pantry, fridge, and in the second fridge out in the garage. We loved having the pool right outside our door and we also thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart and the bikes. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property off the beach

The Pool House was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and the open layout of the main floor kept everyone connected all the time. Everything in the house is premium and was in perfect shape. Super close to the beach, but the pool was a true vacation saver. The entire week we were there the beach flags were "Double-Red" meaning you get fined for going in the water - even just wading. However it was no problem for us with the huge pool just 30' outside the back door! Owners were great and communication with them was timely and very professional. Definitely will stay here or at one of their other properties again.

Fantastic Home

This home was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful set up. It had any utensil for the kitchen or accessory for the beach that you could ask for. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Having the pool right outside our door was the best! Would absolutely recommend to others and hope to reuse in the future!!

Home Away From Home

The property managers were great communicating with us about the house and area. If we had any questions at all the property managers responded quickly. The openness of the kitchen dining room and living room made it very easy for our family to enjoy each other and then the best part was the short walk out the gate to the pool area. Our family definitely would give this home a 5+ rating and hopefully will be able to return in the near future

Our family just returned from spending a week in the “Pool House”. Our experience was wonderful. The floor plan of the house was perfectly described and fit our family well. The location to the Pool and the beach were just right. It was clean and Kim and Andy have been great to work with. Thanks

6 days @The Beach House In Santa Rosa

Our family of 10 rented the beach house the last week in May 2019 to celebrate our son’s graduation from high school. The family members ages ranged from 3 to 79. We all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are large and spacious. The main level was perfect for the family gatherings. Some of the favorite things our family loved where the pool, bikes and golf cart. We used them almost everyday. The only issue we had was with the television. It went out and we couldn’t get it back on. The owner did, however, respond in a timely manner to correct the problem. We would rent this house again.

We loved the Pool House!

We had such a wonderful vacation and first time visiting this area. We loved the house, the location, the pool and the ease of working with Kim and Andy! We highly recommend renting this beautiful home and definitely plan to come back!
