Large 5 Bedroom Home. 5-7 Minute Walk to the Beach. No Cleaning Fee.

Welcome to 78 Union Ave - at the top of the hill overlooking the ocean. Our home is recently renovated, fresh paint, brand new beds and furniture.

All the original hardwood floors have been refinished, there is absolutely no carpeting, only a few area rugs.

The house features five bedrooms, one on the first floor and and four on the second. A large family room, a living room and a large kitchen fully stocked with a 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, four piece toaster, brand new LG oven, ice maker, microwave and plate and glassware. Kitchen table for 6 and plenty of seating outside as well. There shouldn’t be anything you need.

The 300+sqft patio has a five burner gas grill with a back up propane tank. Ouside seating includes a conversation patio set, bean bags, stools and a picnic tables, a 10 ft articulating shade umbrella with LED lighting. In addition to the 8 seat fire pit…there are corn hole boards and bags for your use.

The family room has a 50” television and each bedroom has a wall mounted 50” television, all tv’s have Roku built in. The house also features a very strong WiFi network with a mesh relay transmitter on each floor. Very strong signal. Two work spaces at the home as well. One in a bedroom upstairs and one in the living room.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and large windows (all windows in the house are brand new). Three bedrooms have AC Units and there is also one in the living room downstairs. All bedrooms feature a queen bed.

All linens are included, as well as bath and beach towels. Also there is a beach wagon, beach chairs and wake boards for your use and enjoyment. There is a pack n’ play and high chair if you need them. Brand new (unopened) full size bottles of hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included (in each bathroom and the kitchen).

There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled and features a walk-in shower. The bathroom downstairs is very large and features a new large capacity Samsung washer and dryer.

There is also an outdoor shower located behind the home.

There is absolutely no cleaning fee for this property. We have always been fortunate to have guests that take care of the property, and our new cleaning company is very thorough…as a result there is no additional charge for cleaning.

We have off street parking for 6 cars and a good size yard to spend time outside with your family and friends. 78 Union Ave is right up the road from the Beach; easy walk. And a 10-15 minute walk to the pier and downtown OOB. Although it’s a very convenient location…it’s important to mention that Union Ave can be a busy road. Traffic noise isn’t necessarily a concern, but it might not be the best option if you have young children and are looking for a home on a road with little to no traffic.
