I cannot say enough positive things about this Ocean Park home, which is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed and in a perfect location. The open kitchen, living room, dining area made Thanksgiving food prep so pleasant as we could all still visit while we cookedā€¦. and with the most amazing view! The kitchen had everything and is a dream for a few cooks to be working at the same time. We were able to add a small folding table at the end of the dining table to seat all 10 of us together for our Thanksgiving meal. The lower level family room was perfect for a few to go off and play video games or have a bit of quiet. But best of all is the proximity to the beach and the huge windows that made us feel like we were ON the beach. The great-grandmother in the family was not up for walking the beach, but found herself the perfect permanent seat on the couch overlooking the ocean, where she felt relaxed and spoiled! The sun rising just outside that window each morning was magical. Four of us took the opportunity for a sunrise cold plunge and most all of us took plenty of beach walks. So many relaxing and fun family memories in a short two days. Thank you.

The house was beautiful. I really appreciated that the kitchen was fully supplied with dish and glass wear as well as implements for cooking . There was an adequate supply of towels and anything we needed . That doesnā€™t always happen in rental homes . Highly recommend this house . Loved the ocean view from the master bedroom and living area . Watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning we were there .

Our family vacationed in the area, when I was growing up. Such great memories! I was excited to share an Ocean Park vacation with my husband and friends. The house was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect. The area is within 30-45 minutes drive of most areas of interest, and many great restaurants. This is a great place for adult getaways, or family get togethers! We would absolutely book again!

Awesome beach home!

We stayed at a gorgeous property. There were 6 of us, on a quilt retreat, and even though the weather wasnā€™t the best we had a great time! The neighborhood was so nice, and shops within walking distance. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Ocean views in Ocean Park

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Park. The house was beautiful, with lovely ocean views. The kitchen/living space was awesome! We made lots of great meals! All the levels with stairs was a bit tricky for my 90 year old mom but she managed well. The walks to the beach were great and we had a couple good beach days, otherwise it was a bit cold and windy but that is when we stayed in the cosy house and watched the waves. We had four family generations on this trip! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Cousin reunion

The house is cozy, cute, well stocked, clean, comfortable and well kept inside and out. Beds are comfortabl. Beach is a short walk. Open concept living area is perfect for food prep and lots of visiting with great views. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time at Kristin & Rick's cottage!. The whole family was there to celebrate my wife"s birthday. We went to Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude for the three lighting, took long walks on the beach and even built sand castle with our 3 year old grand daughter. Kristin and Rick were very fast with responses to my questions. It was not our first visit. We will definitely come back.

Easy, comfortable stay with friends

We stayed with our two kids (age 6 and 3) and our friends and their two kids (same ages) and things couldn't have been smoother! We loved walking to the beach, the heated outdoor shower and the entire layout of the house. We all had enough privacy, but also enough space to hang out together upstairs. The kitchen is fantastic and all the little details really helped us feel comfortable; fans in each room, extra outlets, lots of pillows and blankets, games and Legos for the kids.. I could go on. Everything was very clean and comfortable and easy; we can't wait to go back

Fabulous short stay

We stayed for 3N during the UNE grad weekend. The house is beautiful, fully stocked, and in a great location. The view from the upper living room is incredible! The main entry level has the 3 bedrooms, and the fourth is set up as a suite in the lower level. This is a great extra space as it had a small living space and a bathroom with shower in addition to the bedroom. The stairs to get down below were a bit narrow and steep, so best for those with good mobility!

Wonderful property

The photos do not do this property justice. It is a lovely home with everything you could need. I rent a lot of properties and I have never been so pleased with the ample kitchen utensils, pans, and linens!!! We had such a wonderful time and hope that many other people get the chance to experience your charming cottage!
