This townhome features a king bed in the master, a queen in the other bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed in the loft. A washer and dryer is available for your use in the unit. Both bedrooms are located downstairs, which keeps temperatures comfortable throughout the year. Seascape Sur is a popular Ocean Front gated community that offers 2 pools, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, beach access (popular surf spot), and a secure underground parking garage with two spaces. - Outside Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy of your neighbors. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will notify property owner immediately of any disturbances.
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking area only. Additionally, there is ample free street parking.
