Living room has a 65" TV with soundbar & subwoofer(BlueTooth enabled), master bedroom has a 50" TV(WiFi) and 2nd bedroom has a 42"TV(WiFi) so sign in for your Netflix or other provider accounts. Also for your entertainment is a Multicade Arcade table for 2 players as well as a table top MegaTouch game system (see photos).
Short walk to the beach with Tiki bar restaurant for snacks or a meal, ice cream store and an arcade including bathrooms for your use. Other close restaurants include Green Turtle, Tugos, Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Kirbys, Lombardis & Laytons Breakfast. Acme and Foodline are close by. Northside park is on 125th street.

Rental agreements will only be entered into with adults 25+ years of age or older - NO exceptions - the person(s) signing the agreement must be 25+ years of age or older and must remain on the premises during the rental agreement period - NO substitutions of individuals allowed.
