Summer time in Hawaii can be busy, we are sorry to hear the pools and jacuzzi was packed during one of the nights you've stayed. May I suggest, Maui's slower months are from August through October in case you would like to visit during slower months. The listing that you booked is for a room category, a 2-bedroom garden view condo. Booking a category is preferable to some people, but we understand that it doesn't work best for all people, which is why we also list specific condos as well.
