Your vacation dreams will be realized with this beautiful two bedroom, two bath tropical retreat.
Imagine waking up to the sound of the ocean, tropical birds, and a babbling Koi pond fountain. This condo is well appointed with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Maui.
This property includes a heated pool, hot tub, stainless steel BBQ’s, cabana, 12-hole putting green, shuffleboard, koi ponds, beautiful gardens and water features right outside your lanai.
The condo is well appointed with everything you will need to be comfortable, including a new king size bed and a freshly painted unit. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a twin bed. The space is clean and bright.
Enjoy Maui and all it has to offer and feel refreshed and replenished when you return to this lovely oasis.

We enjoyed the amenities. Hot tub and pool area were great! Enjoyed the closeness of the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the area. The condo was amazing and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was fantastic.

Perfect Hawaiian getaway

Travelled with my sister and brother to celebrate her 70th birthday.The condo was perfect space for us.Gorgeous location.Beautiful deck and absolutely everything we needed including sand chairs and a cooler.

July 2024 family vacation

The property ended up being even better than what the pictures show. Mike and Lesli always responded quickly and their condo was clean and well stocked. The location was great with stores and several places to eat in walking distance. I'd 100% recommend staying here.

Amazing place for a little getaway!

We had such an incredible time staying at this condo! It had absolutely everything we needed from boogie boards to Keurig coffee! The property was also beautiful. We loved the tennis, shuffleboard, pool, and cornhole. The cinnamon buns and scones at Papi's beside us were to die for! Overall, we would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future :)

Amazing views and relaxing atmosphere!

Very well stocked condo! Great location close to parking and amazing view from the lanai and master bedroom. Papakea keeps the grounds meticulously maintained. Mike and Lesli were great hosts easy and great to communicate with. Would definitely booked this condo again.

Papakea is a fabulous place. Beautiful grounds, lovely people with great amenities to enjoy a family vacation. Mike and Leslie are terrific hosts, quick to accommodate any and all our needs. There unit is well equipped with everything we needed and more.

Beautiful condo and resort

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The view from the lanai was spectacular. We could actually see Whales playing in the water almost every day. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and all beach toys to make a great beach day.

Was just as advertised. Well stocked with nice view from 2nd floor lanai. We had 1 minor issue and the owner had it resolved the very same day. Would stay again.

It’s as if your well to do friends gave you the keys to their oceanfront Maui apartment to hang out at .. Everything is there ready to use, wanna make pina coladas or cook a stir fry no problem as the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance possible. Kids wanna play at the beach, grab the snorkelling stuff and body boards from the closet and go enjoy. No hotel can touch this local living lifestyle.

The property and grounds were lovely and well maintained. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed walking along the beach. The room was clean and well stocked with all necessities for our 7 day stay, including condiments and toiletries.Lots of beach accessories including snorkels, chairs, golf putters, tennis rackets, etc. You only need to bring your clothes and food. Loved our stay, will come again.

The property was paradise! Couldn’t have asked for more -view of the ocean, palm trees, pond with a bridge, pool, hot tub, putting green and lit torches at night. The beach walkway was conveniently located next to our property which went for miles down the beach. The property was very clean as was our beautiful condo which had every amenity needed!

Wonderful stay

The property was wonderful. Pool was heated and loved having the jacuzzi. While the unit could use some updates , it was priced appropriately. Best value for the complex. We stayed in April and having no AC was not an issue. I have been vacationing on Maui for years and was very pleasantly surprised with the Papakea and this condo.

We loved our stay at Papakea! This unit was well kept and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could need for the beach. No need to rent or pack a snorkel mask, they had beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler, mineral sunscreen (required in Maui), beach chairs, pool noodles and more! The kitchen had all the gadgets you’d want as well as tons of spices and condiments. The beds were comfortable and had soft sheets. The living room is nice yet cozy but perfect for our group of 4. Hardly matters, we were off and gone or chilling on the lanai. This unit does not have AC but we adjusted to the temperature and humidity in a day or so. There is always a lovely breeze in Hawaii though and they have numerous fans in all the rooms to keep the breezes going. Papakea is a great, serine place. The grounds are lovely and the pools are never crowded. It’s very quiet and chill. This was our 3rd time at the property and I’m sure not the last.

Fantastic experience in Lahainia

We loved the property and will stay again for sure. We took our children and loved the pool, loved the beaches, loved the kitchen, loved the extra beach towels we could borrow, the noodles, the snorkel gear, the chairs and everything else that made our entire Maui experience a blast. Beds were comfortable, fans were great, view was great, kitchen had everything we needed, the place was spotless and I could go on and on and on. ABC Store is right next door, grocery store a block away, beaches all around, easy parking, great facility pools and golfing greens and shuffle board etc. Thank you for a great experience and beautiful place to call home for a week.

Great family condo!

Our family of 7 had the best week in Maui and loved staying in Mike and Lesli’s condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn’t need to rent and the well equipped kitchen for cooking. The condo was clean and all our questions were promptly answered. The location was perfect with lots of close beach access, good food spots, a grocery store right across the street, and the kids enjoyed the swimming and golf at the facilities. We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again if we are fortunate to make it back. This was a long awaited vacation for our family and we fell in love with Maui. Thanks for helping make our dream vacation so wonderful!

Papakea Resort is Paradise on Earth

Feedback for Papakea Resort: Our recent stay at Papakea Resort was overall pleasant, with some room for improvement. Positive Aspects: Beautiful Property: The resort grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. Dated Furniture and Space: While the furniture and space were a bit dated, they were sufficient for our needs. Attentive Property Owner: The property owner ensured that all amenities within the space were available for us throughout our stay, which was a nice touch. Areas for Improvement: Air Conditioning Notification: We were not informed until two weeks before our arrival that the space did not have air conditioning. This was an oversight on my part as I assumed it was a standard amenity, but clearer upfront communication in the listing would have been appreciated. Rebooking a new location with air conditioning on such short notice would have been challenging. It was difficult for us to sleep at night. Despite this, we enjoyed our time at the resort and can understand why people return.

Keeping it in Kaanapali

We have visited Maui a number of times, and stayed at Papakea 3 times before; this was our favorite unit, yet! This was the first time we have come to the islands with our grown children, and we needed a 2 bedroom to accommodate our needs. Kudos to Mike and Lesli for providing such a wonderful place for us to call home for this past week! The living room had ample space for all 5 of us to play games. The kitchen was large enough for 3 of us to prepare food at the same time. That's even hard to do in my own home:) Our hosts provided much more than we had expected in their unit; hair dryers and curling irons, games, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, and even a cooler (which got plenty of use). The spice cupboard was stocked FULL! And, there were tons of condiments in the refrigerator (all still in date) so we did not have to shop for much other than our staples. There were even fresh brown eggs left for us. If you are planning a trip to Maui, you won't be disappointed when you book these accommodations. We will be back again next time! Thanks Mike and Lesli! Great little condo

This condo and the property were great. It was right on the waterfront and having a pool and hot tub was a plus. The condo had everything that we could think of needing, including beach supplies, and was very clean. Mike was also very helpful and reached out to us before we arrive to share events that would be happening while we were in Maui. I would stay again!
