THE COTTAGE
On the ground floor
The living room consists of a fully equipped American kitchen, a dining area for up to 10 people and a friendly TV lounge with a wood stove. The first double bedroom is also on the ground floor and has an adjoining shower room. This level is completed by a private sauna, a small laundry room and toilets.
Upstairs
You will find a large independent double bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom (double sink and bath), a large double bedroom with a bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) and adjoining the latter, a small room with two single beds. (including a trundle, possibility of additional sleeping).
Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair and bath)
Sleeps 9 people - ideal for 6 adults and 3 children

THE EXTERIORS
From the living room, you will access the garden and terrace facing West with an unobstructed view of the mountains.
Espiaube has a covered parking space and additional parking spaces.
