SUMMER RENTAL
Relax and enjoy this one bedroom, just three homes from the ocean. This condo was recently updated and restored. Updates including hardwood floors, central air and a new bathroom with soaking tub. We also recently updated our outside community patio with gas grill, table and plenty of chairs for outside dining. We are walking distance to Charlie's restaurant, Muller's bakery, Bay Head Yacht Club and all of the unique shopping in the heart of downtown Bay Head....Simply the perfect location.
Unit Includes large primary bedrom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, living room, washer / dryer in in kitchen and plus additional space for overnight guest daybed with trundle.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots and including a toaster and coffee maker.
* Sorry we do not except pets.
** Perfect summer rental for a single person or a couple (note sleeps up to three people)
*** Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday ONLY. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am
***Town ordinance minimum of one week rental
**** One time cleaning fee $120.00
