The Gallery House was designed by famed architect Steven Roth and is considered to be one of the most beautiful buildings in Springdale. The home features the “Parkitecture” style that is indigenous to the American national park system. The exterior of the home is built from natural sandstone that was quarried from the surrounding area.
The LaFave Gallery House is the largest and most luxurious rental home in Zion. It is a six-bedroom luxury home that was fully remodeled in May 2019 (originally built in 2013). For the extensive remodel the interior was completely rebuilt from scratch.
The Gallery boasts a modern interior design with 14 beds which can sleep 18 people. It is perfect for large groups such as family reunions or group trips.
Although the house can comfortably sleep 18+ people — it is just as ideal for a group of between 8-12 guests who want a spacious accommodation. And when you calculate what you pay per-person for the average hotel room in Springdale, the Gallery House is a far superior value. The six-bedroom Gallery House features two separate master bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms. The home has four full bathrooms. All bathrooms feature brand new tile showers w/ European shower glass doors, along w/ hair dryer and plush towels. It boasts brand-new, real wood white oak floors throughout the entire home.
The home contains two full kitchens featuring brand-new stainless Bosch appliances, along with 2 dining tables, 2 island bars, 2 dishwashers, 2 full-size fridge/freezers, 2 range top grills & 2 ovens. The kitchens have beautiful custom-made cabinetry and dazzling quartz counter-tops.
There are two large private patios with grills for outdoor entertaining that overlook The Watchman mountain and offer views of the spectacular sunsets that make the overhead cliffs glow an iridescent orange. The home has 2 separate washer/dryer sets for your convenience. Everything you need for a two-night visit or a two-week extended stay is provided.
The newly completed Gallery House is fresh and clean. It has lots of natural light with many windows. The home includes 13 large clerestory windows that the architect placed to directly frame the daily sunrise glow on the towering West Temple mountain which rises 4,000 feet above the valley (you have to see the view to appreciate— it is stunning). Extra tall 14-foot ceilings in the great room and kitchen make the home feel open and airy.
There isn’t a finer large rental house to stay at in all of Zion. Every little detail was obsessed over in its design. It feels like a true luxury getaway to stay here and see Zion. Nothing beats coming back to a clean, comfortable home after a long day in Zion hiking and exploring.
Three of the best restaurants in town are within 100 yards walking distance of the home— and the only state liquor store within 40 miles is located across the street.
