This beautifully renovated 3400 sq ft, four bedroom, three bath, secluded log cabin, nestled on 10 acres, near Lava Hot Springs, which includes a large grove with tent sites, hammocks, fire-pit, and large tables, is ready for family, friends, and loved ones to enjoy! There is a huge bonus room that is over 1100 sq ft with 6 built in bunk beds (sleeps 12) and one queen bed. We supply some extra tables and chairs for your use. Each bed is made with fresh, clean, quality linens. 2 Bathrooms include double showers, 1 bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Each bathroom includes fluffy white bath towels to be used at the cabin, (please bring your own swim towels for the pools at Lava hot Springs ) toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.
I love the huge kitchen with great appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridge, 3 ovens, huge gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 8! Appliances include a coffee maker, crock pots, blender, mixer, rice-cooker, and at least three griddles. Plenty of cookie sheets, pots and pans etc. We have a KitchenAid Gas Grill on the beautiful 12ft wide front deck. BBQ utensils are in the kitchen.
There is an 80 inch smart television with a Roku stick in the family room. A second smart television with a roku stick is in the large bonus room.
There are 4 private bedrooms. 2 have king beds and 2 have queen beds. The bonus room, as mentioned before, has 6 sets of bunk beds along the walls and one queen bed. The tent sites are located in a beautiful grove behind the cabin. You are also allowed to put tents on the flat grass area where the RV hook up is located. No tents are allowed on the lawn surrounding the cabin as we run sprinklers beginning at midnight. No driving on the lawn. It is a walk in camp site. We do have two hand carts for your use to bring your items to the grove. The entire property is only rented to one group at a time.
Yes, bring your children! For some reason it sometimes pops up that the property is not child friendly. Our children and grandchildre love this cabin and property! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with an additional $100 Pet Fee per stay. We will check for pets :) The person who reserves the property is responsible for their guests. There is a spot for one RV hook up. Should you want to use it, there is an extra one time $45 fee, and that fee will be paid on site. Please text or call me at 2085477197 and I will be happy to answer any questions. I do change the rates for the seasons. Peak season is Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New year are charged peak time rates.
