Nestled in the mouth of a canyon near Lava Hot Springs Idaho, the Inn at Owl Hollow offers serenity, relaxation, peace, and all the comforts of home. Enjoy over 6600 sq ft with family and friends!

Our gracious floor plan offers two fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, formal dining room, parlor, three family rooms, one equipped with a pool table, seven bedrooms (one with a small loft), six and a half baths, huge deck and covered front porch, two and a half acres of lawn include basketball and a large flat grassy area for you to set up a volleyball net. There is one outdoor fire pit and free wireless Internet and smart televisions.

Relax in our main floor primary suite furnished with a king size bed, and an on suite bath appointed with claw foot tub and separate shower. Four bedrooms and a loft, three baths, and a family room equipped with a pool table are upstairs. Our "family suite" has a queen bed in each room. These 2 rooms share a bathroom. The loft above one of the bedrooms has a full size bed and a twin bed. Our 'Canyon View' bedroom has access to a large beautiful full bathroom and includes a King size bed and a full size bed. Our "Valley View" bedroom has an onsuite bathroom, a king bed and a double bed.
Our over 9ft ceiling walk out basement is now available for your use. This comfortable space includes two bedrooms with a king bed and a bunk bed, and access to on- suite bath, another bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, a family room with a large flat screen television, 0ne set of bunk beds, and a full size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen. It is awesome! Our family loves this property! We would love to have you choose us!

No tents or any vehicles on lawn. We run the sprinklers at night. No parking allowed along the road. This is a county rule due to it being narrow.
No trespassing on surrounding property. You rent the 2.5 acres and you will be required to sign property disclosure when you check in.
Only 2 dogs allowed with a pet fee of $100 per stay. You will be charged this fee. Dogs must be on a leash and please pick up after your dog.

We loved this place! The location is awesome — surrounded by trees with no neighbors around, and the sunrise views to the east were beautiful. It feels nice and private out in the country, but town is only about 10 minutes away so it’s super convenient too.The kids had a blast hanging out in the attic as their own little play space, and we really enjoyed the pool table. There’s tons of space for everyone to spread out and relax.Taryn was super easy to reach and great with communication. We’ll definitely be coming back!

There is no thing as a perfect vacation, but this was as close to perfect as possible it gets. The location is fabulous, the facilities are amazing and spacious. The view is incredible and the property owner/manager is awesome. We had some small issues (not the fault of the owner) that were quickly addressed and resolved and did not impact our vacation hardly at all. This place over delivered in every way. I'm already planning on my next family gathering and we WILL be staying here again next year. We loved it and can't praise Tarryn and her team enough for their concern, care and just making sure we lacked for nothing. They went above and beyond on a place that is already paradise!

This was a wonderful rental! Host was easy to communicate with. Lovely home, with a lot of country charm. Lots of room for everyone and plenty of things to do inside and out to keep everyone busy and happy. The linens/towels were very nice, and the kitchens were stocked with about any appliance or kitchen tool that you would want. My family had a very enjoyable time and are already talking about a return visit in the future.

We had a wonderful time! Lots of room and lots if fun!We loved the cement patio for basketball, pickleball, and 4- square. The lawn was great for soccer and chasing- but the cows knocked over the volleyball net- which was very disappointing.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much!

The home and surrounding area is beautiful. The space was perfect for our family reunion. The two kitchens we are well stocked with kitchen tools . The three refrigerators were wonderful so things did not have to be kept in ice chests. There was room for family, gatherings, and room for people to have personal space. In the summertime, the loft area is not usable. It is too hot and the bedrooms on the upper level on the west side of the house were also very very hot. The air conditioning did not seem to reach those areas. The master suite on the main level is lovely with a beautiful pastoral view. We cannot control the weather, and unfortunately, we had thunderstorms with lightning and some problems knocking out the power which also meant we lost water… But it was only out for a couple hours and then was able to be repaired. Our family enjoyed their stay and would consider returning again sometime!

We absolutely LOVE this property!! This is our 4th stay and we so look forward to it! The listing is everything it claims to be and then some! We adore the premises and love the convenience to Lava Hot Springs and all its fun. It’s super clean, well stocked, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy! It’s certainly a highlight of our summer plans!

Chesterfield-Bancroft Quilt Retreat

What a fabulous experience for our cousins group. Plenty of space, wonderfully furnished, quiet and private location. We were able to spend quality time and be close enough to Chesterfield to spend the time decorating our family cabin and then quilting together as a group.

Ladies Get Away

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful place, so much room. We had a retreat in Lava, so we were in town most of our stay. All 19 of us agreed that we want to stay again for longer and just be at the Inn enjoying the outdoor fire pit and beauty.

Beautiful home in the mountains

Absolutely loved this place! The most beautiful views from every window in the house! So serene and peaceful. So many rooms and bathrooms it was very comfortable for everyone. 12 minutes from lava hot springs. There was a ton of snow so we had a blast playing in it and sledding on the property. Summer time would be amazing too, we hope to come back and try it out for summer. You won’t be disappointed!! Everything made you feel right at home .

Top Tier Accomadations!!

We had the BEST time staying here. The attention to detail by the host was most appreciated!! It was super clean and decorated for the holidays. We loved the different areas for family to gather. Nice shampoo and conditioner in the primary bath was a plus!! The towels to take to the springs was appreciated since we all came from out of town. Plenty of space!! The setting was gorgeous. This is one of our favorites! I would highly recommend this place....and the host was ever so kind!

The stay was great other than we really missed the volley ball net

That stay was good I didn’t feel like I could let the kids or grandkids out in the yard because of the cows. We really couldn’t use much of the outside because of the cows. The gal was great in coming over and cleaning up but as we took our last day picture as we always do I happen to step in some cow mess. I think the ladies tried real hard with keeping the cow not a problem but they still are.

Such a Lovely Home!

Stayed with some friends over the weekend and we were so pleased with this home! Host was able to get let us check in a little bit earlier and have a slip n slide for 2 hours. There was plenty of room for our group of about 20 and the two kitchens came in handy with ample space for cooking. Definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful home!

The home was really nice and well stocked. There were 20 of us and there were enough bedrooms and beds. It was nice to have a second kitchen downstairs for overflow cooking and refrigerated storage. We have been having our family reunions for almost 30 years and we will be back here. We really enjoyed our stay!!

This property is beautiful

This property was amazing. The host was very responsive and the house is beautiful. Everything about our trip was perfect. We played tons of yard games with the wide open spaces. Had a fire, and tons of extra space throughout the house. Big closest if your sharing a room with infants in pack n plays.

We, Brent and Tarryn Neibaur, built this home in 2000. We raised six children here for just over 10 years. We are an active family who enjoy the outdoors as much as I (Tarryn) love the comfort of indoors! Hence comfortable mattresses, clean quality bedding, soft fluffy towels, comfortable furniture all set in a homey clean atmosphere! We enjoy travelling and often rent vacation homes to accomodate our large family (now up to 13 almost 14). 2013 is our fourth year in business. I believe we get better all the time!

It is a large, clean, and comfortable home. Our guests enjoy all the 'little extras' such as good shampoos, bathroom products, soft clean towels, clean comfortable bedding, and four bathrooms and a powder room. A pool table, comfy couches, out door fire pits, bbq, volleyball, basketball, other yard games, 2.5 acres of lawn, access to BLM, allow for great family and friend bonding time. Work and family brought us to the valley, work took us away. The people, the mountains, the hot pools, access to two rivers, fishing, hunting, the peace and quiet are a few of the reasons that we own this little piece of heaven!
We would like to introduce our newly finished over 9ft ceiling spacious walkout basement in November 2013! This includes two bedrooms with a king bed and a set of bunkbeds, and a queen bed and a twin bed, two bathrooms, a family room/ bunk room, and a second fully equipped kitchen.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love the kitchen window! Probably the only place I have ever enjoyed washing dishes! Large porch to enjoy the shade, large sunny deck to soak in the warmth, large bedrooms, I could go on and on... the house has a lovely feeling. We added a fridge to the pantry. The newly finished basement complete with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a bedroom, and huge family bunk room has turned out even better than we planned! You will love it here!
